Another vastly under rated British band, Absolutely love Spike's vocals. I would classify them as country rock or just a real good time. Saw them live twice and both shows were huge fun. Try sweet Mary Ann, Sex Party or Whipping boy.

My girlfriend at the time's brother was more into highly technical 70s rock/metal and used to call this 'flying elbow music' because of the basic rythm guitar. I love that description almost as much as I love the music

Same era (late 80's), Very cool band, love their debut album "A Bit of What You fancy". Fun fact: They were marketed as The London Quireboys in Australia, as there was an already well known successful local band called The Chiorboys (since I believe the late 70's/early '80's), and they didn't want to be confused with them. Cheers!
