Yea she shoots edits and he produces.Shes also a rapper and has videos out that TOM has produced for her along with an album.Now rook you know already that TOM don't care who he pisses off.He says exactly what he feels.This song since Friday has over 3.3 MILLION VIEWS and is #1 in all genres on I TUNES and it was number 1 in Canada and on the TRENDING PAGE over 600k on spottify this song is banging and he was on fox news for the song. damn man you did it again, got me to listen to something I normally wouldn't. I've heard some Tom McDonald before, but it's not really my style - not because of rap but rather because I'm more drawn to the music. Instruments are in my soul. So I agree with some of Tom's points, and I disagree with others, but there's discussion to be had and that's the point. Unlike a lot of pundits whose commentary couldn't stand up to even the slightest bit of scrutiny, I feel like if I sat down with Tom over a beer or whatever he relaxes with, and had these discussions it might get heated but they would be discussions. He'd be ready willing and able to back up his opinions and statements... Which is something I respect whether I agree or not. And that's kind of the overarching feel I get from his other stuff that I've heard - lots of people just expect to be able to say whatever they want and it just gets accepted. And lots of other people are fine with being told whatever the flavor of the week is... Meaningful discourse isn't the thing anymore because it isn't always quiet and civil. Some of the best discussions I've ever had in my lifetime were heated, and both parties left with feelings... Part of being an adult is taking meaningful discourse and the feelings that it produces, absorbing it, navigating it, and being able to have these conversations whether you agree or disagree with the topic. Rook! Thank you for being one of the only reactors to pick up on the "stoned to death in public" line. In other parts of the world today, you will literally be publicly executed or "go missing" for speaking bad about the government or rebelling against the police, etc. In parts of the world, being openly gay is the death penalty. I see the line two ways... one is being literal... you live in the free world so you can speak up without being given a literal death sentence, but two... it can be interpreted as saying things in a cowardly way as an anonymous person online behind the screen that you would never say to someone's face. Also Amen is Hebrew and it means something to the effect of "let it be so".
