One thing about this whole documentary, this process of becoming an idol is what isn’t shown or talked about often. Idols tell stories about their trainee days and sometimes we get glimpses. But this the extent of this documentary. And many people think it’s a smooth journey or an “easy” route. But this is the reality of it. Especially when you can come so so close to debuting, only for a decision like what Simon made for Airi to just come down. I also theorize that maybe Simon held off because it didn’t hit him until that moment. Like it was in the back of his mind for a while that he wanted to deny because he wanted 8 members. But obviously, as tough as it was, it may’ve been the right decision given where everyone is now. My respect for Simon has grown a lot since the beginning of the documentary.

3:15 no surprise when Japanese kids said like that because their education at elementary school learn about discipline, manners, respect for the elder and themselves also education about dreams. And seen when Airi give other members to keep it up for reaching their dreams and I've cried what Hinata said they have to be success to make Airi proud.

You are one of the few reactors where you can truly feel the mental growth and emotions that come with each of the girls , as well as a side of Simon. What a amazing person Kamiya Airi is, i pray for her future success and will support her with my whole heart. I know Simon said that he thinks Airi is more suited for a Solo artist, but i think the real reason he did not debut her is because everyone was so dependant on her. By removing the umbilical cord, each member will now be free to step up and grow and reach there full potential.

I've gained more respect for Hinata during this Documentary and even more respect than I already had for Harvey (my Bias). In fact same occurred for all of them. Hinata, Maya, and Chisa have most of all risen in respect for me in this Documentary.

Airi the XG member in spirit. from the series it was clear she provided solid leadership and bond to the group. i wonder if the "Hesono O" line in her letter was the inspiration for them to adopt the phrase. if so that resonates so much every time they use it.

Till this episode I had been thought airi was the one who took one step back from XG but it wasn’t I guess Simon was right cuz airi is doing a completely different kind of music and at first I didn’t know if it was the same airi when I found her on social media But her fans should be glad that she is doing what she really wants to do in her music career ❤ Ps: I really enjoy your XG reaction😊

In the scene where I tell each member that Airi will not be elected, I imagine that there was no scene of Jurin, who was an old friend, that the shock was so serious that it could not be released.😢

These last two episodes were tough to watch, Airi was an example for the girls until the end and losing her surely took its toll on them, but they stood up to the situation and probably grew even more having to fill (if possible) Airi's greatness. Regarding your question, I would've preferred receiving the bad news first, imagine getting your happiness stolen from you with that sad news.
