The only way to do it is eating clay and not getting hit by Raiton but he got stabbed with a lighting enhanced sword which negates earth style jutsu which clay is based on so he didn't explode because he couldn't.

His opening move should have been his suicide bomb, he would have blown up everything with 10 km. As soon as they arrived at the camp, he had no reason not to use it. Or instead he should simply have trown bombs down the hole, when they lowered the camp, instead of flying down there. But Kishimoto has stoped caring at this point, plot holes and nerfs get unbearable soon.

the problem is the detonation clay, he not bring enough clay. and he already use it for chasing the leaf and put some in the 2 objects (the aburame clan member and shin the sai brother) and his 2 rides too in some filler if curtiz not skip it, you will know about it

they are nerfed and limited. Sasori didn't had any puppet not even his puppet body and got no poison. Deidara is nerfed too and they know his weakness. On top of that they got nija's that can see his traps which was his special powers. And they denied his flying. A long range shinobi nerfed against so many that know his weakness yes he is at a disadvantage. And well sai's brother hold back because of his emotions. Sasori was empty too.

Yeah, back when their abilities were unknown. Now everybody knows that Deidara's clay gets defused by lightning, thanks to Stone Shinobi who knew him. As for Sasori, he doesn't have his puppets with him, not to mention his poison that paralyzes and kills people in 3 days.

Sai forgot about the immortal part of reanimation jutsu, but it’s still interesting to see Sai get emotional That sneer at Danzo XD You can still blame Danzo for putting Sai against his brother Older brothers also seem to have a habit of getting terminal illnesses... The reanimation jutsu is strong, but it can’t stop the passing of a soul finding peace, however, reanimation comes at a price. Nice for Kankuro and Sai to finally get a W though.

The reason Kabuto said what he did was because of Sasori's and Sais brother's souls were freed. I won't say exactly what he had figured out because you'll find out a few episodes down the line. Basically Kabuto found a way to seemingly perfectly control all of the reanimated shinobi.

IIRC Kabuto is fully aware of all the people he’s controlling and he can track them, but he can choose to focus on particular people if he wants to. They are autonomous to a certain degree, but they still have to follow his orders. I think about it like a spider sitting in its web, he can feel the individual souls when they’re messed with.
