That scene with Minato and Madara is extremely iconic in terms of the series as a whole. Kishimoto was having huge family moments around the time he wrote Naruto meeting Kushina and their backstory. You can really see the influence his emotions had on the storytelling. So powerful, and sad.

just some heads up about the abilities so you better understand it: minato's signature ability isn't him "moving" really fast, like all the characters say, it's actually teleportation, like through space and shit, so he doesn't move quick, he goes from 1 spot to another instantly, that spot being wherever he leaves that mark that was shown, also madara controls the nine tails with sharingan genjustsu and pretty much all the main character uchihas can do it.

The jutsu minato uses is called Flying Raijin. He can teleport instantly to any object or location he has “marked.” Thats how he was able to save naruto from the paper bombs by teleporting to a new location and jumping out the cabin. Also how he saved kushina from the 9 tailes hand smash. Madar was able to control the 9 tails with his sharingan, when he looked into the 9 tailes eyes they imitated his sharingan which means hes in control now, also when they vanished from his eyes hes no longer in control

Minato's ability is reverse summoning himself and things to the exact location of anything that he has marked with a special seal, he can put this seal on basically anything, he puts it on his Kunai typically so that he can instantly move around the battlefield to the location of any Kunai that he has thrown. Basically, Minato adapted the summoning system we see with the frogs and such and turned it into an actual fighting style of his own that is honestly insanely overpowered. Though it only really works for Minato because he has the reflexes to match the speed in which he teleports, I imagine most people being teleported around rapidly would become disoriented easily and struggle to get their bearings and be unable to keep up with themselves. He is probably the most "dangerous" Ninja in history because of the ways and possibilities he can use teleportation, not necessarily the most powerful, but his power is no joke either.
