The Announcer is actually a really nice guy and probably the only Human that knows what Goku and his friends have done through all series, at one point he sees Goku, Krillin and Piccolo again and asks them how they have been. He even says "please try not to blow up my ring again". He saw most of the characters grow up, with the exception of Vegeta.

There are only 37 episodes and they're 20 minutes each so it wouldn't take too terribly long to react to it. the reason why the audience reacted like that is because they don't know anything about people with powers just imagine seeing little kids fighting like that and flying in real life the only one who knows about them in that area is the announcer because he hosted the martial arts tournament when goku started back when everyone knew about how powerful people could get hell even roshi blew up the moon during the tournament

The pigs name is Oolong. He's named after oolong tea, which comes from China. Random fact, Goku is based off the legend of the Monkey King, which also comes from China. Anyhow, Gohan's standing next to Vidal and yes, she's his girlfriend. Vidal's also the daughter of Mr. Satan, if you didn't know that already. So you have Vegeta (vegetables), Bulma (women's underwear), Gohan (rice), Trunks (self-explanatory and a piece of clothing like Bulma), Chi Chi (breasts), Piccolo (a musical instrument), etc.

It didn't bounce off. Trunks had it under control and guided it away from the crowd. Both Trunks and Goten are stronger than their fathers at there age. But we don't really know how strong they can get as adults, because the original DBZ series endet after that saga. GT shows them as Teenager, but GT is non-canon. However so far in the super series (also in GT) it's implied that they don't really train a lot. They don't even try becoming stronger than their fathers, while both Goku and Vegeta never stop training.

Goten and Trunks were way stronger than their fathers were at that age. Judging by how they did together against Android 18 I'm guessing they were at least as strong as Goku and Vegeta were in the Android saga, before they entered the Room of Spirit and Time, maybe a little bit stronger. Goku was 28-29 at that time and Vegeta was like 35 or something like that, whereas Goten and Trunks were 7 and 8 years old here. Massive difference of power.
