Fun fact: Agatha's house is the same house that Samantha and Darrin lived in the 60's sitcom Bewitched. Unfortunately it is gone now as that back lot was demolished last year.

Ah yes, the Kathryn Hahn coming out party. An over night success story twenty years in the making to borrow a line. Hahn, who plays Agnes/Agatha has been a very well regarded actress for 20 some odd years but this is the first time she's really gotten a ton of attention. Elizabeth Olsen raved about how great it was to work with Hahn and how supportive she was. Hahn is very much a working person's actress who shows up, does her stuff, and then goes home to lead a fairly normal life.

Agatha Harkness was a character from the comics. Mostly evil. Sometimes an ally. I didn’t read the comics but I’d read fan speculation that Agnes was actually Agatha before watching. Wanda is really having a breakdown. I don’t think she intended what she did but once caught up in it she kept going. It’s like someone depressed using drugs to deal with depression, but then getting hooked, and that makes them unravel more. Wanda is unraveling.

Early on in the series when we saw Sword's ID wall with pictures of the towns folk and their real name, Agatha was the only one Sword couldnt identify

(Disclaimer: I checked out host’s Patreon to see what she’s watched; there are no spoilers /for her/ in this comment) Here’s my take on a thing: it feels to me as though Marvel’s been adapting (or maybe “adjusting”) to the perception of the Superhero Landing™. In Iron Man, it made Tony look cool. As it was used more and more, I suspect the number of fans mocking it as unrealistic increased a bit. We eventually get to Deadpool, who flat-out says they’re not good for you (“they’re hard on the knees”). In this episode, something clearly happened to Monica when she passed through the Hex unprotected and, without giving us any specifics yet, the writers use the Landing @13:38 to /tell/ you she’s a superhero now. Neat.

Wanda is still doing what she has been, Agatha has just been messing things up. Hence the occasional confusion throughout the prior shows from Wanda.

With all the speculation that was going on when this was first airing, Agnes being Agatha Harkness was a big theory and even though people were already pretty sure it was going to be her, it was still very gratifying to see it revealed. It also lowkey ruined villain reveals for me because nothing beats a surprise villain song in my book 😂

Wanda is still broadcasting, it's just the series made the jump to digital for the times and none of them thought to advance from the analog broadcasting of the show, since Darcy isn't part of their team anymore to realize it.

As others have said, the broadcast is still there but it's moved on to the era-appropriate digital HD style. Monica got through the Hex by herself but gained powers in the process, including the ability to see the whole electromagnetic spectrum - not just the visible light spectrum the rest of us see. Wanda's son saying Agnes is "quiet on the inside" is because she's still herself, she hasn't got a Westview fake personality sitting on top - she's just acting consciously.

Billy's powers seem similar to Wanda's in the show, and Agnes/Agatha has proven that she could shield herself from Wanda's influence. If so, that same protection would prevent Billy from "hearing" her the way he could everyone else.
