Xal'atath will absolutely be a boss in one of the next three expansions. I'm pretty sure she is the 5th old god that was exiled in the blade somehow. She is an amazing character so far and I can't wait to see how she tries to corrupt and claim Azeroth for the Void!

Xal is such a crazy intriguing character who I want to find out more about, I wonder if she is herself the fifth old God or if she’s just a blatant harbinger of the void or what exactly her full story ends up being. I’ve been hearing whispers around the Lore masters I listen to talking about Alleria possibly being the harbinger of the void.
