I had a dub mix of this song, I think it might be from a b side of another song's remix, it's incredible. I had a friend who was a dj and he taught me to mix. I had turntables and mixer and used to mix my mix tapes. I used that dub version on multiple mixes. Great stuff, always a TFF fan!

Was this a single in the US? I knew it from the album, but didn’t know about the single mix/video until years later. This whole album, each song in its specific order, hangs together so perfectly. Masterpiece! ❤

Mothers Talk is probably my favorite TFF song, but the original version is sooooo much better, IMHO. I was initially quite excited to see you were reacting to it, but dislike this version so hard, I couldn't bear to sit through it. 😞

This is the 1986 American video/single release. It was completely re-recorded for the U.S. market. The original recording was released in 1984 as the FIRST single from "Songs From the Big Chair" in most other territories.
