i thought i was too excited when i called Diana a young living goddess / a messenger from the heavens but you said this word also as well as many others. I still can't find a better description of what i see/hear. She doesn't sing in a sense that she doesn't sing like others (Dimash is probably the best in a "traditional singing"). Diana gives her own definition to what singing is aadn what it is for, she communicates with the listeners' souls directly, avoiding intellectual processing, and heals... and she is unique in what she is doing on the scene.

She is 18 now and she has Original songs that she composed herself. If you don't know her back story you should look it up. She came from a very rough beginning and has really overcome it to become a sweet, happy, healthy and positive young lady with immense talent.

Small correction, none of her original songs are written by Diana - she has said that she is trying to write lyrics, but, she doesn't yet think they're good enough. For instance, "As Your Voice" was written by Brandon Stone (Diana did contribute) and "Happiness" & "I Call You Russia" by Maria Tarasenko. No doubt, when Diana thinks her own song writing is good enough, she'll release stuff (we'll probably all be dumbfounded!).

Here are three reasons why Diana doesn't sound human. First, she is a dramatic contralto, which is the absolute rarest type of female voice. It allows her to sing very dramatic/powerful, very (I mean VERY) deep, very dark, very rich. Second, she has a spectacular larynx. She won the genetics lottery, and it's been called the Eighth Wonder of the World. Third, she is polyphonic, which means she can produce multiple harmonics within her voice at the same time. This is what allows her to sound like two people at once. (more below) When you add all that up you basically get a person who creates her own auto-tune. She doesn't need electronic auto-tune. She IS her own auto-tune. And the effect when you hear her is totally mind-blowing. It's like she's singing right through you, like a sword straight into your soul. Literally NOBODY else on the planet has a voice like hers. She's not one in a million, she's one in seven billion.

It is numerous songs in the differents stiles (folke, rock, bluse, pop, ballads and so on) on the differents lenguiges (russian, english, french, spanish, arabian). Sometimes it is non-professionales videos and their qwolity is not good. I am recommending, first of all, to make reactons at the her performances on the TV-show "Ты супер/ Your are super": "Реченька (Rechenka)/A little river" - in Russian and "Derniere danse"/ “Last Dance “ - in French. Let me give some information about Diana. Diana was born May 2003. 31 in Arsenyev in the Far East Russia. She didn't have a happy start in life. The woman, who gave her birth, had 12 pregnancies, only Diana survived... and she did not want Diana either, mistreated her severely and tried to drown her. Relatives found the girl with a broken collarbone on the street and took the 3-year-old girl to a children's home shortly thereafter. Only then did she find love ... from Irina Ponik. She worked as a massage therapist and treated children from the orphanage. Irina Ponik and her daughter Nastya fell in love with Diana and took her out of the orphanage and Irina became, as I call it, Diana's 'real mother'. Irina had two children of her own. Taking a child into the family was of course not easy for her ... but she adopted Diana at the age of 5. Diana has lived in a poor but loving family ever since. Since she was lagging in her speech development and even stuttered, she received singing lessons on the advice of a doctor. In 2012, the family moved thousands of kilometers away, to Togliatti, because Diana did not let go of the fear, that the woman, who gave her birth, would take her away. Diana's voice and sense of rhythm were extraordinary even as a child and she won over 50 competitions in Togliatti and the surrounding area.
