Regarding the Mask. In the Chinese imperial court, performers often wore masks. She put out her first KZbin video while she was still in high school. She became a sensation on the Chinese version of KZbin. She is a professional now, but she demurs because she is self taught, rather than formally instructed. She is, I think, a national treasure. only a few thousand years ago, her ancestors would have played the guzheng as a weapon that shoots thunderbolts at their enemies. some can also summon the typhoon or fire or earthquakes at the perpetrators while entertaining them with their final lullabies. fast forward a few thousand years later, it can still shoot lightning now, albeit in the form of ac/dc heavy metal sounds. still got it though. not bad for made in china. they can really build things that last ages...
