If you’ve read a game of thrones (the first book) and read this scene through danys POV then you’ll understand that it’s a travesty that nobody talks about how this guy absolutely DESTROYED his role as viserys. Frfr it’s like this guy was actually the character in the book and one day he just jumped right out of the page and decided to audition for the show. Honestly him dying so early is probably the reason he’s overlooked but it’s undeniable if you take the time to really pay attention to his performance that he was in his bag with this one and you can tell when it comes to s1 performances this man was a force to be reckoned with
