Phase four is slowly revealing the cosmic beings and different new alien races like Beyonders, Elders of the universe, Elder Gods, Symbiotes, Celestials, Aspirants, etc., ...... I guess Scathan-The Approver will be introduced in later phases with Protege and different cosmos..... And maybe they could Introduce Tiamut-the dreaming celestial with the powers of Fulcrum........ Anything can happen as it is MCU !! (P.S - For those don't have much knowledge about MARVEL Tiamut and Scathan are also celestials but stronger than the others, and Scathan can only be spawned by the Living Tribunal)
