I'm so sorry about your Dad. What helped me was doing something to remember my parents by-musical playlist, journal, photographs, donate his fav book to multiple libraries. . . If having something to do to keep you occupied would help, plan a literary baby shower for Hannah to get her son his own library, if you cant get all the girls together, do a zoom shower where she opens all the boxes. I am so so sorry losing your Dad, I lost my Dad too so can totally get how you feel. I nursed my Dad til he passed and damn… I know how you’re feeling. Just take the time you need, grief is a hard and individual journey but you will get there with the help of your hubby and your closest. Lochlyn, my deepest sincere condolences on your loss of your dad, grief is a weird emotion because you could have a good couple of days then bam your a complete and utter mess, I am currently dealing with a family member's death and just know rotting in your reading chair or in bed, eating your favorite snack and escaping reality whether by reading or watching movies/shows is absolutely the best medicine in times like these, do not feel pressure to make videos/content, we all want you to take as much time as you need to feel somewhat better, I love you, and wish I could hug you during this time ♥
