Bun Bun is actually a good example of what a boss should be. Incredibly deadly, fast, and is the main threat of the stage he's in. It really gives off final boss vibes instead of certain bosses like The face, Nyandam, Hannya and Clionel, more leaning on the support side when they're supposed to be the main threats.

That is VERY true. But, you forgot that Bun Bun also teaches you something. Meatshielding. (And that Treasures are important, but you know that unless you ubercarried against Nyandam.) Meatshielding is very important for the rest of the game, and without it, the game is genuinely impossible.

Ponos needs to stop treating BCEN like it exists every once in a while. Everyday it feels like PONOS will give BCJP 5 rare tickets, 500 cat food, 3 platinum tickets, a starter special discount reset and wildcat slots for just updating the game meanwhile BCEN gets a trash collab, crazed festival, 20 cat food daily for 2 weeks, and a cat scratcher for a day.

In mid and late game, you have better options to counter it like macho glass, tourist, hannawa, etc. Brollows can be pretty annoying. Especially in higher crowns they can shred your meatshields and frontliners. I don’t know. This is only the perspective of a mid game player. Don’t expect much out of me.

Dkasli is miles better then normal kasli. And I find it annoying that people seem to not care about dkasli’s curse. Curse is extremely good and isn’t talked about enough. She is the only (to my knowledge) reliable permanent curse unit with a mid - good range. Honestly the dps is the main part of her niche but the curse is still extremely good.

Agreed, but the thing is with me, I find all daslis other stats are just so much more overpowering that makes her curse a bit irrelevant compared to them. Like her dps can go toe to toe with aphros dps against aliens. There is a difference of standing range, but it just goes to show how godlike her offensive output is. Her defense doesn’t make her immortal like mitama or gaymerion, but it makes her survive for super long periods of time. Also she’s immune to curse, surge, warp, weaken, and wave. These immunities make her absolutely fuck the current meta and makes her the best endgame Uber easily. Anyway I feel like I’ve been rambling for light years now. But I do agree the curse is very good (as a dasli user myself.) but isn’t close to being as good as her other stats.

14:40 Keiji is more used for his good DPS (especially strengthened) decent standing range and compatibility against many low range enemies. He is also used as a wave tank, which is a bit of a suppliment to the above points. His resistance to black does not usually matter unless you are farming XP or doing a stage where tanking tackey shots is needed (among some other scenarios.)

He has 400k+ hp and 6k+ dps at level 30. if you decide to boost him up to lvl 50 (which is a good Investment) you will get 700k+ hp and 9k+ dps. oh yeah that's not counting about the strengthen and strengthen talent boost (i'm too lazy to count that) but you can search it up.

I've got "a couple": All the lugas' true forms should get the 100 KB's like shishi does. That extreme survivability against anything but nuker enemies would work wonders for some, like Nobi. While the worst of the worst lugas do genuinely just have a horrible niche, having that survivability would probably improve them ever so slightly. (Just ignore that the already strong ones get even stronger pls) Jizo's true form should have been based on his first form over his evolved form. He could be that exception because of just how influential his first form has been for like 5 years (and counting). I already feel like the talents on units like some Dark Heroes and especially Jizo are kinda throwing away NP, because they only apply to their true form. Making Jizo's TF that would have addressed it. I also think a colorization of that form would be neat. Brollow is one of my personal favorite designed enemies. It's a rusher with rebound, encouraging thoughtful play around it down to the cannon you select probably being a debuff one. Its speed is absolutely perfectly set to infiltrate right into where- if you bring them- your stack of spammable attackers or midranged ubers would be after a boss wave. The existence of wave blocker- and to a very reduced exception wave immune- is not the greatest game design ever and I hope surge blocker never exists. Having an 'end all, be all' unit is just not interesting imo, and PONOS has been making less wave focused levels or forcing them to counter Octopus Cat because of wave blocker being so dominant. I think wave blocker should not exist. However, wave immune should have some more dimensions attached to it, like a chance to trigger instead of always being guaranteed, just for balance. If this had happened, the wave resist talent *could* have been replaced by a wave immunity talent that doesn't cap at 100%. Snache deserved to have a starred alien variant over Doge. He already got a regular alien variant for Christ's sake. You should be able to toggle whether or not talents are on. This is mainly for cats with KB talents for obvious reasons, but some other ones such as speed boosts might also have some advantages to being turned off. Enemies should be given debuff immunities more often. It would add some variance. For example, slow immunity on a boss-type enemy could shut down cyberstacking anywhere it appears. Another example: you know how Sanzo is one of the best floating CC-ers in the game? maybe a slow immune floating enemy that isn't immune to freeze could allow for units such as Necrodancer to take the stage over Sanzo. Strengthen is not being used to its full potential design wise. One idea I had to expand upon it was a unit or enemy that *starts* with strengthen up and *loses* it once their hp falls below a certain amount. Possibly even a cat that *applies strengthen to enemies,* with the tradeoff being that is has absolutely beyond cracked base stats? Legeluga's TF should get the ability to apply poison worth 1% of the target's max hp (among other things probably). 5% seems to broken too me and I don't really like how 'unclean' 2/3/4% would be. I'm torn on whether or not PONOS should do balance changes (I mean constant ones, not like Dark Lazer in BCJP losing area attack once ever lmao), however I'm leaning towards them starting to. Maybe very delicately, and only buffs; if you nerf a unit that happened to be the only current key to a hard level (or the only easily accessible one) it'd be kinda silly that that's no longer possible. Sure, guides might become outdated, especially if said guides recommend not using something that then gets buffed in the future and would work, but it's not like that somewhat happens already when units are given a TF and/or talents. They really shouldn't rely on hoping talents will fix awful units because it can just fail. I mean look at Coppermine. We have little to no right to feel like the Almighties TF's were lazy (I concede that I have no idea if that actually caused a stir at all but yeah). Sure, on paper they were pretty lazy. But we've all seen how extravagant their designs are. Do we really want to put their artists through adding *more* to that for purely visual purposes? The only real case I can make about these TF's being lazy is that not updating the art means they couldn't really adjust ranges, which some from that set probably would have appreciated. The game needs a volume slider. I like hearing the sound effects so it isn't nothing but music, but they overpower the music and I can't use volume on this game in public unless I have SFX disabled. If Clash Royale can add sliders after six years, this game can after eight or ten.

I like multi hit because it makes the game more dynamic than spam dps and nuke the shit out of everything. I think it’s easier to balance too since you have more opportunities to spread out damage than make attacks all or nothing. My favorite unit is, well, Iz (lol) and if she didn’t have multi hit she’d absolutely be Dasli level. What I like about her is that you can take her on a lot of stages but there are usually better options that are more niche. She has versatility but she doesn’t break everything.

I have my hot take here: I think that the "Behemoth update" was pretty hig and low in many aspects, but the one that left me worse are the units. Since Im a person that doesn't have that many luck with the units I wish from the gacha, I give LOTS of value to non-gacha units (or gacha units that are easier to obtain like Maximum the Fighter) so when I've seen that these updates were going to bring lots of no-gacha I was hyped after otaining courier and to see what came next. What came next? dissapointment. The only units from the "Behemoth Update" that actually are useful are Courier cat and Mushroom cat; since Gas mask isn't enough to stop Darkjo's legs (Literally trying to mimic Ramen but failing miserably); Haniwa is like a 6/10, he does decently his job but he can be replaced almost instantly with other more general meatshields like Jiangshi, Ninja, Ramen, Riceball or Li'l eraser if boosted (I put the 4-star units only since that's the only possile niche I found and used him); Surgeon, Racquet, Exorcist and Firefly are enemy specific and yet most of them do it wrong (AND THEY COST A LOOOOOT); And Gorgeous Groovin' cat is just money dumping just for a more shiny copy of Samba cat but *ALSO* does his job wrong as the previous ones (he was supossed to be a dodge meatshield but it ended up as a fiasco). What do you think about the Behemoth Update? Sorry for the testament

15:07 As a keiji owner, keijis black resist plus decent range essentially makes him more of a safety net, since I mostly use nono as an anti black meatshield. His rapid attack rate and strengthen is more meant to help keep blacks off your meatshield units. It would be better if keiji just had strong vs black though

Delinquent Cat is actually pretty decent, his true form is immune to curse and has a decent chance to freeze Relics makes him pretty good in stages that are mostly filled with Relics But he also seems like a glass cannon in this situation due to his low survivability Overall, I think Delinquent Cat has his niches, and is really good in them, at least for mid game or just starting uncanny legends, people are just quick to use other cats due to how poor he is in his first two forms

I think Moneko and Neneko are underrated, mostly Neneko. She has good range and okay damage, but can also help a lot with metal bosses thanks to her good crit chance. I would pick catasaurus over them, but if there is extra space, using them together for a cat combo, with ramen cat too, they can make many stages easier.

15:00 Keiji is an awesome unit. For me, he’s my third line of defense for Black enemy heavy stages. Eraser, Gas Mask then Keiji. If my lines of defense get taken down, he’ll hold for my ranged units and eventually get the Strengthen. Also helpful that he shares a Cat Combo with Bomber Cat(?) for extra freeze time. Excellent recharge time and low unit cost

An ancient curse is a garbage introduction to UL. It’s the main reason as to why i quit my old file. It requires the evolving of almost all SOL units, which can take months due to growing strange being garbage. Unlike a whole new world which just demands cat luza, a much less annoying unit to grind for.

That isn’t a hot take, it’s just the truth. Eggs require an enormous amount of resources to true form, and most are near useless. Farming those materials is timelocked and much more difficult content than the units you obtain from them warrant. This results in those units being obtained very late in the game, removing a lot of potential usage. One of the reasons why cactus isn’t nearly as good as it could be is because it takes weeks to obtain and requires the completion of several difficult stages, effectively making it very difficult to obtain before aku realms, it’s arguably most relavent usage

Yes, the only eggs that are worth it are Courier, Mushroom, Supercar and Cactus. I have my Courier at level 50 and he does like 11k damage per hit (44k to reds) and with good movement speed, he’s broken lol but I would never complain about a great non gacha unit that anyone can have, specially since it only requires red and purple B. stones which are the easiest to get. I only got to use cactus on Mt Aku invasion and he was pretty helpful but wished I could’ve gotten him sooner :( at least I think akus make an appearance in UL, haven’t gotten far enough to confirm, just unlocked Urs

Wargod Hanzo is a fairly underrated unit. Having slightly below 5k dps with a chance to freeze along with massive damage against 2 traits us actually not too shabby. Yeah, you definitely could make the argument that his niches (black and floating) are very powercrept, but he does his job as a nuker well. His cost does bring him down a bit, as having over 5k cost is fairly steep, especially for nukers, but I don't feel as it brings him down too much. Hell, I'd argue that against floating enemies, he's more valuable then Windy.

I got things to say, and I may add more as time goes on. - even as a non-legeluga owner, they're still very underrated. 42.5K damage and 12K dps at level 30 with range that is enough to escape most common enemies and omnistrike seems pretty good when I think of using them. the recharge is just over two minutes, which is very short compared to the other lugas, so you can possibly stack multiple and get great amounts of damage being dealt. they're also immune to effects like freeze and slow, so they can't be affected by henry, croakley, or any other LD enemy that it's meant to stay at the back and hinder your units, and they don't even die when exposed to air, so you don't have to worry about them being vaporized as soon as they're touched by one of them. they don't even need curse immunity because they don't rely on effects to boost themselves, just raw damage. from what I've seen the speed is just enough to not take 10 trillion years to arrive like luza (although luza is still good regardless of speed), but not enough to rush ahead in front of your defenses and kill themselves like kachiyama and kalisa. the only problems I would say the only problems they have is that they have a slight lack of modern immunities, missing surge immunity which would make them viable in end game since more surge action has been happening recently. maybe their true form will fix this, if ponos ever remembers to add more legend rare true forms other than just babel.

Here are my hot takes. Kuu is underrated, everybody keeps on crying about her long attack animation, but with Strong Combos and a level 40 Kuu in a red and black niche stage, she can absolutely deal fearsome amounts of damage to these types of enemies, she's also my only uber that actually makes Professor A cry in a corner. Akane Tendo (The collaboration unit) is EXTREMELY underrated, she deals stupid strong amounts of damage with her Savage Blows, I don't know what XSkull ate or drank that made him so drunk that he ranked her 2nd and Mousse, a terrible unit, 1st place in his Ranma 1/2 uber ranking. Shitakiri Sparrow is underrated, he can control Aku enemies with his KB, especially Aku Gory, Fiend does this as well, even with a much lower cost, but his blind spot kinda ruins him, which makes Shitakiri a bit better than him in some cases. Queen Succubus Cat is VERY underrated as well, although she has piss poor health and damage, her long freeze time and her cheap and short cool down and cost can make her kinda reliable in stages where Juliet, even Sanzo falls flat. Tigerclaw despite doing what other ubers or regular units do when they outrange R.Ost, is a phenomenal unit when uses against them, although having a kind of long attack animation (not really) they can deliver high amounts of damage when protected, currently, Tigerclaw, Myrcia and Akane are my main R.Ost slayers. Since weaken is a good ability in Uncanny Legends, will talented MerQueen Ruri work there?

Hot take: Jinfore area 10 is the best farming stage in Jinfore Volcano. Yes, as the initial level it sucks, but with mushroom and courier (plus boosted ramen), you can handle the rajakong easily, and the moths boost your money. Rushing the stage is satisfying, and it’s pretty ease for a farming stage! The rest are inconsistent and annoying, with 5 needing alien things, 6 needing help against gobble, 9 being black hell, and I don’t really remember 7&8. I just feel like 10 is the most consistent, and that’s what counts for me!

I’ve got some hot takes! -bomber cat isn’t as powerful as people say it is. Perma freeze is great if you wants to stack cyberpunk or something, but that’s pretty rare in black stages. Additionally, bomber cat goes far too close to the frontlines, another problem against black enemies. Finally, raw damage output serves better; pizza and dark lazer can juggle most close up enemies, and deal enough damage to where crowd control isn’t needed. -6th angel cat isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. 500 range is already pretty high, and the dodge can rarely make it survive longer. While its DPS isn’t all that good, having such a wide attack range means it will hit more enemies per hit, which can especially be useful on spam heavy or backliner stages. The only flaws are its low single target damage and its lack of knockbacks, but that isn’t the end of the world. -crazed moneko > Soba cat -riceball with talents isn’t as strong as people make it to be. I still think its great, and the immunities are especially helpful for 4 star, but we already had a tanky 4 star meatshield; ramen cat. Of course, boosting ramen cat does make it a bit unfair to compare, but later on, having a higher max strength is key. Additionally, riceball’s rapid reload makes it frain money faster than ramen- 2 riceball cats are comparable in health to one ramen, but it costs 600 against ramen’s 315. -collab barons are great. While I think the main barons, (monthly, hippo, peng, etc) get boring incredibly quick, the collab barons give you something to do during the collab period, and they also allow all types of players to experience stages that were once only for late game players. In particular, Baron Walpurgisnacht is a nice compromise between “100% boss” and “30% nerfed boss”. Now, everyone can play it no matter their stage of gameplay!

Aku realms kinda sucks. I personally don’t have really good shield piercing options, so I have to deal with absurdly hard stages in aku realms like mexico. So many fallen bears. So many. If you don’t have cactus, super car, lilliin, or kai you’re going to have a bad time in aku realms. And for some reason, exorcist doesn’t have shield piercing. Why?! Like exorcist has so much potential to be a good freezer. Yet it sucks due to its range and no shield piercing. I have ritual saint kasli and my friend has dasli and we have worked out that while both are incredible and will hard carry any account with them (I personally would say ritual saint is better than mitama but that might be bias) there are a few key differences that mean that even I admit dasli is better first is the surge immunity (this is really broken as it means dasli can fill an entire role that ritual saint can hardly touch) as pre Iz (grief) she was the only fest Uber with surge immunity (I’m pretty sure or at least every relevant fest Uber) and adding onto this she has a higher level surge (4 vs 3) which just ups her dps a bit too much as well as a better standing range. Together these traits make dasli the better option however as a ritual saint enthusiast myself I will say that the knock back has the potential to be game-savingly good and ritual saint is obviously still a broken unit.

serious takes this time: i hate how people say things like "don't use this unit, because this other unit is better in every way". though some units are outright unusable imo, there's plenty of units that people dislike that i find enjoyment in, using the same units for the same traits gets boring. out of all the collab units i have, eva unit 1 is the most useful imo. he is great in both of his niches aku realms should've been it's own 3 chapter story mode, instead of a little side story that plays into late ul i don't even use her often, but holy valkyrie isn't that bad. idk if i'm just lucky or something, but it feels like she has a higher chance to freeze than what she really has. behemoths are the worst thing to be implemented into battle cats, its 3 main stages are only accessible once per day, making an already slow farming process even worse, and it hands you so little behemoth stones. the defense and offense buff that units have against them are ineffective because nearly all of them are specials/rares, and most egg units aren't even useful, against their behemoth counterpart or otherwise. with how much emphasis ponos' putting on this "trait", i just want them to move on to something else already. and last, but not least: as an artist, most unit designs feel cluttered. special legends and ubers specifically. when i draw the characters, i usually simplify their designs or just outright put them in different clothing. i don't know how other fanartists can do it, and i really don't know how the designers and animators can pull through with those units

Standard Vars < Pumpkin Knight Vars Vars is ONLY good now because he counters Relics, and he's not even the BEST anti Relic uber. His value is heavily based on his anti Relic usage, and truth be told, with all the Relic units that have been added, he's not as important as he used to be. Pumpkin Knight Vars, on the other hand, is actually excellent - 100% slow with over 100% uptime vs Zombies, 100% knockback vs. Zombies, good range, decent attack rate, counters Cadaver Bear - the zombie you'll hear more complaints about than any other - and like almost every OTHER zombie, too, and while his anti alien niche is less good, he's still reliable against stuff like Nimoy Bores who, while not terrible, can sometimes be a pain. Regular Vars doesn't even have 100% KB and Slow in true form WITH talents - his KB only goes up to 80%! Sure, it's a good number, but would it REALLY have killed PONOS to give talented, true form Vars a 100% KB? He also only has 50% slow in TF, making his anti Relic abilities valuable mainly due to typing - he's less reliable than several other anti relics ubers. It's a harder enemy type ig, but tbh Zombies are still considered fairly difficult, they're not a powercrept joke like Floating or Black enemies, and Pumpkin Vars works wonders against almost every zombie. He's a high tier anti zombie, whereas Vars is a mid tier anti relic. Also, bonus take: Zombies are the best designed enemy type, burrowing and reviving are excellent mechanics that truly transform any conflict. The threat of having them burrow or revive past your main lump of strong units, cutting off your supply of meatshields and forcing you to fight on 2 fronts, truly an inspired design. Aku enemies are a close second - shields to counter Traited debuffers and death surges to slice through "safe" backliners, they really encourage you to use different units and tactics. Staples like Cyberpunk end up taking a backseat, and I feel like melee units really get to shine, since death surges often seem to land at a bit of a distance.

as an empress owner, in practice she's way worse than she sounds. while her weaken is nice, she almost never gets it off/keeps it up because of how high the chance she misses is. she has a 3.5s attack animation, and something being knocked back in that time makes her useless for like 10 seconds until she can finish her attack, move forward, begin another attack and hopefully not miss again. her very slow movement speed also doesn't help, on longer stages it takes her a very long time to get to the frontline

Gonna have to agree with the Kasli > Dasli guy, that knockback surge has saved me more times than I can count (Her + Yukimura + SSaki melted that Messier Gauntlet). Hot takes: -As someone who owns Gaia and most of the Almighties... I never use them, they just feel so clunky to use compared to most of the other units I own. -I think Twinstars can be a better anti-black rusher than Yukimura due to their survivability. -OAR is better than Amatarasu, hits as hard and you don't need 100NP for Z-Killer (LD relics being the only exception). -King Nekokahmen is underrated, really good swap for normal Eraser on floating heavy stages (also anti-gobble). -They need to buff the legend rares, most ubers are starting to outclass them...

Oar dps: 13k Amaterasu dps: 14k Also ammy has talents so with attack up she has 16.8k dps. And she has a 50 second shorter cooldownTldr, ammy wins this one. Kasli vs dasli is complicated, but you have to remember this: dkasli has almost 50% more hp, which makes a massive difference, surge immunity, and more dps. It’s up to you which one you think is more valuable, but I find dasli to be the more versatile one. Kasli is occasionally better because of kb and occasionally worse because she has much less hp and lacks surge immune and doesn’t shut down almost every cc enemy in the game.

Her others are more expensive but Arguably also worth it-survive gives her another kb(though if anything touches her she dies on that kb), and barrier breaker…might save you a slot occasionally. As for kasli, I agree that, though she is not quite as good as dasli, she is insanely op and a very good unit-people often overlook her because of how much attention dasli gets, but kasli is still a SSS tier Uber, there’s no doubt about it. The ammy vs OAR comparison-oar does have more range and kbs, but it doesn’t actually help the guy too much. The range difference adds a little bit ur suvivability, but how many enemies actually have less than 470 range but more than 455-not many. As for kb’d-having 8kb is pretty good, but come lategame 40800 hp starts to be a problem-it’s around the same as ammy and when I sue her she generally gets knocked back by anything that hits her, and sometimes they take off more than a single kb’s worth of hp. Having more kb deffinitly isn’t bad, but it doesn’t help as much if a unit doesn’t have the hp to back it up

Alright let's do a little talk about 23:41. I own both Kaslis and have Mitama (and all of the fests except Dark Iz) in my other accout. For what I've seen Mitama and Curse is an overrated matchup, the only enemies that shut down Mitama are Loris/Othom because of it's LD and Lowkey because of range, you can still use Mitama on most other Relics and she will do wonders. For example in "Outta this town" if you combine Mitama with IDI to nuke the Puffington, you win, the Haniwanwans are not strong enough to pass the Mitama Future Cat combo. Like yeah she falls off but God Damn bro you have an entire team to aid her just don't use her in Loris stages like you wouldn't use Dasli in Tackey stages. Regarding Surge, she is a tanky girl, if we're questioning Aku surges she WILL survive them, her slow speed also doesn't allow her to get back into the surge, so most of the time she only takes one hit from Death Surges. For things like Saint Dober you can pair her with Sanzo to create slow stack that won't allow Dober and the other peons to move, then you can use Rock to defend against something which passed. Poison is honestly not a matchup most Ubers have control of: Dasli, Kasli, Mitama, Jesus... Everything dies from Toxic, the only hope for an Uber is stupidly high range or Toxic Immune. Also you can't count on Mitama for Traitless, she was made to destroy Traited with her insane Slow procs, It's like putting Ushikawamaru and Cyborg in the room: one is very good against Angels and outperforms Cyborg but she's mid against everything else. Also sometimes Kasli's KB fucks things up so Dasli being the only counter to Toxic, Winged Pigge and other debuffer enemies along with her Crackhead DPS still is better

Agree. Kasli’s kb is deffinitly very rng dependent. There are lots of variables, like the specific stage, what circumstances, where her surge lands, etcetera. Sometimes it’s an absolute lifesaver, sometimes it gets you killed. Dasli’s main advantage over normal kasli isn’t her higher dps(plus it isn’t that much higher), or her curse, it’s her hp. Just look at your messier video, messier, who actually had 200% strengthen, hit dasli and she tanked like a boss. Meanwhile, that hit would have one shot a lvl 50 normal kasli. And in 3 star ul, where everything hits like a truck, you can bet it’s extremely useful. Normal mitama vs kasli is complicated, and honestly not worth talking about. They’re both insanely good Uber, so honestly I personally would tie them. Also, another thing about toxic and mitama, the main vulnerability one of the only 2 common toxic enemies, gobble, is being juggled. Mitama can help by slowing it, allowing your other Ubers to hit it more easily. Mitama has a higher standing range and ld max than gobble so you can sure as hell bet she’ll hit.

here’s my two hot takes: 1) As an early-game player who hasn’t beaten any crazed cats or even ItF 1, I think that the crazed/manic cats are a bad idea IN THEORY, but in practice PONOS managed to make GODLIKE stages. So, let me explain: the crazed cats are simply buffed and more valuable versions of the first 9 cats, making the originals unviable and bad, but the challenge for the crazed/manic cats (if you fight them at their intended points in time) is perfectly good and balanced. 2) D.Kasli is (kind of) good and Courier is HORRIBLE. Explanation: even if you can get D.Kasli in the early-game, she’s completely luck dependent and most events don’t have her. Courier on the other hand is obtained in (mid to late) EARLY-GAME and he carries you to ZL with no brain cells required.

jizo completely murders SoL, kinda like gao, but the meta has shifted away from swarm and become reliant on devastating combos. The introduction of Zero Legends has turned pre-doron UL into late midgame/lategame, with everything after switching to endgame with new content being released and maxed units being necessary. This content/meta shift has resulted in jizo becoming a midgame unit rather than the all-game powerhouse he used to be. Basically, jizo didn't get worse, the meta just changed, leaving jizo behind. Also pizza completely murdered his anti-black niche, but it's not noticable until later SoL. Regardless, jizo is still insane for all of SoL, the deadly advents, COTC, and some UL, and he should remain at least an S+ unit just for that. Also mitama is still insane lmao I used her for Birth of True Man and she cleaned up despite the curse/outrange. You can just pair her with curseblast or Dasli (you filthy seed-tracker) to nullify her lack of immunity.

Hot take: Kasli the Bane (D’asli) is extremely overrated. Let’s break it down. First is her surge. She has a nicely levelled surge attack which boosts her damage a lot, but in later game her surge falls off. Especially with enemy counter surge, immune to surge and resist surge makes her questionable. Sure, she has immunity to surge so counter surge won’t affect her, but then what’s the point of her surge attack? If her surge attack doesn’t land a hit or misses, then Kasli is stuck with only 17000 damage with a low 2.9k DPS which is crap. Next, let us talk about her curse. Kasli’s curse ability is a nice touch to her niche, but that’s about it. Her curse is one of the only things making her good. Next let’s talk about her niche. Kasli has LD and some immunities (basically acting as a sniper). Like courier, LD makes her have a better kit. But, there is one immunity that is bad with LD, that being immune to warp. Same problem with Nobiluga, if a sniper has immunity to warp, then they cannot reposition themselves. Another thing to mention is how hard it is to get her, since she only comes from Epicfest (sometimes other banners). With all of this said, this is why I think Kasli the Bane is overrated and will fall off soon.

20:48 Jizo is still a great uber, especially in true form, but there are other options so they're not one of the best ubers anymore. Hanzo's good range and damage output does make them good against those 2 traits. cc is kinda underwhelming, and the fact that it doesn't last as long as a Bombercat's freeze isn't good. They look like a good uber, but not phenomenal, especially when you consider how powercrept Black and Floating are. dIz works great against traitless, and traitless enemies can be extremely annoying. Also, she can fill a lot of rare niches, such as shield pierce and anti toxic. Yeah Naala is overrated, Mina is the better 4* ld attacker. Naala is tanker, but that just means they reposition less, which doesn't work well with their lower standing range and the fact that relics can have a ton of dps. From my experience, Jeanne does have very good damage output for her ld and quick attack rate, but both red and floating are extremely powercrept anyway so she's not a top tier. While definitely not bottom 3 (looks at Legeluga, Babel, and Musashit), Emperor definitely isn't great compared to other legend rares. Cosmo is definitely a good uber, but the fact that they're in such a good set means they aren't in the top 4 imo. Souma definitely isn't a top collab uber. For example, they aren't even close to as good as ranged wave blockers like Eva 00 and Tokyo miku, and their cc is nice but there are plenty of non uber options to cc those traits. Their low hp is just too much of a downside, they definitely aren't as good as Thermae, and they especially can't compare with (imo the best anti zombie uber) Vigler Mola king isn't an absolute meme, they do have usage, but their complete lack of survivability makes them unusable on too many stages. If you're able to stall the enemies well enough to easily utilize Mola King's dps, then the stage probably wasn't that hard to begin with. Definite no on this one. Aphrodite has incredible dps considering her ld and standing range, and she has amazing matchups against aliens. Amaterasu has ludicrous dps considering she targets all of traited. Both are definitely top tier almighies, and top tier ubers. I agree with this, I would even go as far to say that in the current endgame Meta, Doron is the best special legend (idi 2nd, aBaha 3rd) With savage blow talent, Housewife easily has more average dps than Fiend. Combine that with higher standing range, better niche, and nuker based attack cycle instead of multi hit, Housewife is easily the better ld attacker super rare.

His damage can still leave a giant dent on enemies and can change a fight as for getting worse, he not. Bahamut is not made for every stages and in the stages he can work in he works really well. He is and always will be the best legend unit in the game and even if he gets outclassed by a new legend unit in the future he will still be the most impactful unit in the game.

the aku became completely irrelevant in UL, the akus were supposed to have their own levels and they did, but as the updates progressed and PONOS was already implementing the colossus and behemoths, the akus were only left as ultra-strong enemies, and now, the aku gates are useless for nothing other than giving you good rewards, as well as being very mandatory for game progression, and it's almost like CoTC treasures, if you want to beat the game win a few, and if you want to win easily win all, It is the same for the aku realms, since the altar seal only appears in 2 subchapters and it is not seen again, if it were not for the fact that the rewards they give you are very good (especially jagando and the Plat-ticket) the aku realms do not they add nothing of value. At least I would like UL to end with great ape lord as the final boss and Zero Luza as the main boss of Zero legend so that: 1.- They don't give you an egg, but Great Ape Luza as a unit and its TF is obtained by completing "a whole new world" 2.- Zero luza can be used as a unit instead of G.A.L. to have the badass monke on our side 3.- that filibuster and cat god the golden get their TF through CoTC Outbreak (cat god the golden's was already there but it would be nice to get it from here so you don't get a horrible stat boost) 4.- With the above, the other two missing outbreaks are motivated to come out at once and we can use more energy 5.- With CoTC Outbreaks, I hope something is done with filibuster and CGtG, when you finish an outbreak, they give it stats improvements and don't leave them so useless.

13:40 Agreed with this guy R Ost is not a problem because when I have free space on stage that has him I tend to bring Manic King Dragon and sometimes even Normal King Dragon and they bully R Ost. Crazed Axe and Dragon were pretty easy 1st try. Manic Dragon I cheese him but Manic Dark was the hard one and I lose to him 2 times. I just like demolishing stages and when you grind with treasure fest is easy. As someone who recently beat that stage for the first time it was HELL. hot take: (I changed it because people kept fighting over it and opinions don’t exist) Shishi is as good as Luffy. They’re both the absolute gods at something. Shishi has insane Survivability, Luffy can deal absurd amounts of damage and has extremely high DPS. Like 30k or something. BUT, Shishi can also do insane amounts of damage after he gets knocked back once. 51k HP isn’t much of a problem if he has 100 KBs. He still has about 1000x more HP than other Lugas so people shouldn’t complain about his HP lol. Shishi also has a way shorter CD. I don’t know how long it is, but Luffy’s CD is like 3x longer. You can get multiple Shishis, but not multiple Luffys out at the same time, since Luffy has terrible HP like other Lugas. TL;DR: They’re both insane units.

Shitshi is just a generic generalist. His 101 kbs may make it look like invincible but if you still take a shit ton of dmg they mean nothing. Lufy on the other hand gas a much more valuable role.

@S Lufy has amazing range, if you get pushed back you just suck. Shishi's hp is just ok (51k at lvl 30). His many kbs mean nothing if you get hit hard, and it can actually backfire since it can get interrupted by anything. The survive may give it a 2nd chance but given his slow ass atk animation that most likely never matters. Also the atk animation brings up another point: you can have all the atk power you want but it doesn't matter if you sit back and miss half of your attacks lol.

@S It doesn't lol. There's a pretty big range difference between shitshi (455, roughly generic generalist range) and lufy (720 range). Getting enemies to hit lufy takes an immense amount of skill issue. And lastly Lufy has a much more valuable and hard to replace role than shitshi, and especially in late/end game it sees much more use.

As someone who has an amazing collection, time to answer a few you couldn’t: Dasli is undoubtedly better than kasli. I’ve had both for awhile and find myself feeling underwhelmed with kasli quite often, just because of how good dasli is everywhere. She completely demolished literally everything. Kasli is still amazing, but her stats are definitely too weak compared to dasli to be better. Emperor is incredible. He’s an incredible cat, with a ridiculous 551 range, which outranges tons of stuff, and he’s completely generalist, with a very good chance to debuff. The randomness can be offputting at times, but he makes up for that by also just having a great stat line. He’s absolutely not a bottom three legend And I completely agree with the empress point; she’s amazing

24:00 Having used both kaslis extensively, I believe that Dasli is just a little bit better. Kasli sometimes causes mizli syndrome with both Jones and kurosawah, while Dasli just kills everything. Although there isnt another CC to keep enemies in place after the kb, the kb procs up to 3 times.

Bora and Gravi are above Voli. While Voli is great in all alien stages and probably the best pixie if not unit in CotC (outside of lumina). Gravi has generalist usage for his wave and is one of the best barrierbreakers in the game bc of his wave and Bora still does good damage in mixed stages and has absolutely disgusting DPS against aliens.

@@sgab9795 Jiangshi dies in two hits, meaning that he’s the equivalent of two 75¢ meatshields. MMohawk and Kyubey combined are about 80¢ cheaper than Jiangshi and ALSO technically count as 2.4 75¢ meatshields. The only reason you’d use Jiangshi is to save a slot, that’s it.

@@sgab9795 …no, no it doesn’t. I have beaten all of 4* SoL and not once have I desperately needed a slot open and specifically had to replace two meatshields with Jiangshi. If anything, I made room specifically for combos like Cheating Heart. Needing to replace two perfectly okay meatshields for an overpriced, less effective meatshield instead of evaluating your lineup and the stage as a whole is a skill issue. He provides neither the durability of Eraser, the efficiency of Kyubey, any of the perks of Sumo, nor the sheer bulk of Rock or Ramen. Hell, even Gold Cat TF has a unique niche.
