I decided to try my hand at beading, but I jumped in without looking up anything because I got excited. I found a Japanese pattern on Pinterest and it was pretty intuitive to follow the diagram. I accidentally didn’t have enough thread at first, but it was really intuitive. This is a really good breakdown of everything though!

If I want to make a kandi mask (the one that cover ur nose and mouth) should I start at the longer part?

Ye! Start at the widest and move to the smallest to make it easiest

Where do you find japanese magazines ??

There was a bookstore I used to go to wayyyy back when. But you can find them on eBay and online shops by searching for Japanese Beading Books.
