Let's go! Mwii homies stick together 🤣 Yeah honestly I think every cod content creator I used to enjoy has gone so far downhill or left(there are new upcoming creators I like but very few). FaZe Jev for example doesn't do Ragetages anymore, he doesn't snipe anymore, he just plays shipment... I literally can't watch his content anymore, it's just become a podcast really about things that aren't even cod... Then there's The One Boom which used to be one of the best creators I've had the honor of being a mod for, but he became extremely cynical and turned on his fans because of irl relationship drama that made him lash out at his fanbase and close friends(very toxic)... Hollow Point changed his name to just "Hollow" and he's now a variety creator. Then there's Xclusive Ace and Prestige is Key but since I'm not as interested in cod class setups/leaks, I feel like their content got more stale... Glad you're enjoying my content so far though! More content reviews on the way!

😂 thanks so much! ❤ Classic April Fools W Agreed there too, Shoot House is one of the very boring maps in both mw19 and mwii. It's just too small I think... I wish more people liked La Casa/Farm 18/DRC Zone 1 from mwii as the smallest maps(anything smaller just doesn't play that well imo)

@@AmyCherryLMAO yeah, its def trying to be overshadowed by mw3. i feel like once the next cod comes out mw3 is gonna go through the same thing and mellow out too. maybe then it will be recieved a bit better. i feel like a game is as good as its marketing, and when you market a game like mw3, its gonna be recieved poorly, yet mw2 has none of the same treatment and its up to the players to mold the game to their liking. when you leave it to the players to form a community, its a lot better than a company trying to tailor a gaming experience to what they “think” the player really wants.

Same here. I kind of fear the same will happen to Black Ops Gulf War next yet. It has a longer dev time than usual so they might split it into a 2nd game like mwii did with mwiii. Sucks to think about but it could very well happen

He also doesn't specify if they are counting the people trying to log into mwii, but are first logging into mwiii(because logging into mwiii is required before you launch mwii, this is how the cod Hub works now). Of course that will garentee mwiii to seemingly have a higher "active player count" but at the same time... steam says mwii has more players than what the WHOLE cod hub has now this year...

It's technically a casual/comp shooter now due to Esports/Ranked Play but it is still casual at its roots and it is casual post main life cycle... like Ranked does not stay, it is deleted after the first year! I love Cod MW2 and think it added a lot of unique features such as raids, DMZ and a good campaign people always complain about how boring and repetitive cod is and well mwII was not that it adapted the cod formula and changed things up and people shat on it. I mean look at raids I literally saw people hating on them purely based on the fact u need other players (yes the coop mode needs other players) It seems like people never actually talk about the positives like free ops like price, gas and Alex. It just pisses me off on how the cod community complain so much and when things are changed they complain it also pisses me off when u literally defend these games and then the year after everyone loves it. I literally defended Cold War and I got death threats and everything but now suddenly it’s a good cod like where the fuck we’re are these supporters from before Anyway sorry for the rant good video and I’m happy someone has given Mw2 some love

Yeah it's so baffling to see people want new things "cuz cod is boring" and then there's a completely different group that HATES learning new mechanics and want cod to basically be faster each year.... the community is just too big, too many different POVs and a completely split fanbase... Raids are pretty underrated. I love that they actually put EEs in them + extra rewards like camos. What a cool concept. Raid #2 is still my favorite(the one with the parkour). I do agree that the 3 player limit sucks, especially at launch when there was no "search for players" option... but now it's here and it's all good Thanks for the great comment! 👍

The only reason MWII sold so well was because it rode the hype of MW19 and sharing the name with MW2. And I think the reason people love MW2 despite all its problems was because of how scuffed it was. It’s imperfections added to the experience in some weird way. Everything was about giving power to the player and making them feel good. If everything is broken, nothing is. But MWII felt like it was actively trying to piss off a majority of the community with their decisions. I think people were more receptive to it at launch/early on because they wanted it to be like MW2 but over time we just saw how incompetent Infinity Ward seems to be as a studio. It felt like we were being ignored. A lot of the times it can feel like the community is pulling developers in a hundred different direction but even when a majority came together to say they wanted something changed, it fell on deaf ears and instead we were given a bunch of shitty bundles that spit in the face of consumers

Aye no problem! I'm glad you came around to elaborate here. I think that the map has been nerfed to a point though where explosions don't matter, you rarely die to them now(I assume that was the main complaint right?) Also yea I should have talked about weapon tuning too, it was a pretty neat feature. Attachments didn't really matter as much in mwii but tuning kind of made customization worth it(it was pretty satisfying).

@Mattsuki yeah that was the main complaint, but its just the map spawns and flows, I mainly like to play hardpoint and border crossing sucks for that game mode, I'd argue it's really not that bad If your playing different game modes, plus the running on top of cars does make for interesting style of play of weaving in and out of trenches to no man's land, but it just flows so badly imo. It's not the worst map ever plus, MW2 had way worse maps than border crossing. Don't even try playing shipment on HC with drop zone as the game mode, it will make you hate shipment. Besides the perk the system and nerfed movement MW2 isn't a bad COD. I think it had to follow up from MW19 and what do you follow up upon the game. Back in the day MW07 to MW209 was a planetary leap in what they follow up in. Pro Perks, rebranding secondaries, Vertical maps i.e Favela and Terminal, etc.

Oh yeah I agree in Hardpoint it isn't that good. I like it mainly in domination and any 1 life mode too. That's also true, they can't reinvent the wheel the way they did way back then. It's not like they can introduce 15 new scorestreaks for the first time again. But yeah I enjoyed this sequel for what it was and the innovations it did make. Mw19 is still better imo, but mw22 is close behind it

Mwiii 2023 for example: it is not what I want going forward out of cod(it's a pretty garbage cod)... yet it has redeeming qualities like the new perk system with vests, like the satisfying ttk, like the new medium to large size maps they've been adding... it's unfortunate that it had to be a mw game on a rushed dev cycle.

Lol, also same here, Border Crossing was actually kind of fun before the nerf as well because it was great for getting your Launcher challenges done. Plus if you move around the map correctly, you could flank up to the center and just play King of the Hill there(there's almost no cars that explode in the center and since the center is elevated, you got the high ground advantage!) I think it gets too much hate. It isn't a top tier map, but it also wasn't Piccadilly or Shipment lol

Maybe you just dont get it, or maybe you do and you're making these videos to rial up the community. Either way im happy that you found enjoyment out of mw2. It wasnt the game they promised and even tho i still feel burned after being so excited and paying for the slug movement shakey cam recoil fcked up perk stystem and warzone reboot the game is.. and even tho way i wish you could have experienced cod at its greatest, im happy you and majority of the players that played mwII (majority of players in cod now adays are new players) have a good time with it. No cod is not suppose to be a competitive shooter its a mainstream arcade shooter. Meanwhile all the cod veterans are eagerly awaiting treyarchs next title. Please do more research on what goes on in the dev studio and the orders coming down from Activision. And please do more research on the history of cod, its developers like what happened with infinity ward breaking off and forming respawn. Theres a lot you need to be filled in on in which some or all you may already know. Please do your research and stop poking the cod community cuz its very frustrating content to watch and im not too sure you want to cultivate a mis informed audience but its your channel and some of its funny i geuss. I've been in this franchise starting with the OG mw3 and OG bo2... I may have missed og mw2 in its prime but it does not sound like a balanced game whatsoever. Mw3 was the more balanced version of mw2. I know what happened to all the studios but I'm not sure why that's relevant to this video? The point of this video was being an April Fools joke where I "agree" with absurd elitist, transphobic, poorly opinionated individuals relying on what other youtubers have said(not their own ideas), and hate in general. I hate the new cods. The match making makes no sense at all, I log in once in a while to try to play and get smocked by people who play all the time. I'm at a 1.06 playing people who are likely at a 2, I have to use the best shit all the time. I can't use what I like, and if I do, I get stomped. And sometimes the best shit is something you have to buy.

New cods are always the sweatiest, even prior to mw19. I was a 1.35 in mwii during the main life cycle, but rn the matchmaking is sooooo relaxed, I bet my k/d would rise very fast if I played mwii a lot now. Mwiii my k/d is a 1.23 and even when I take a break, it feels sooo sweaty going back. Even in tiny map moshpits, people are absolutely cracked... Although, I don't think there's p2w bundles for multiplayer. They just come with attachments(and are not customizable until you actually unlock the gun + level it up). Dmz on the other hand did have p2w advantages
