There being no carry forward is by far my biggest problem with this game. It's just such a good feature from MW2 to MW3.

Why would a game set in the early 90s have content from a game set in 2023-2024? Some of the weapons in MWIII don’t even exist yet irl modern day let alone the 90s

Carry forward is a fantastic feature but it just doesn’t make any sense as to why it would be in the new Black Ops especially since Carry Forward was meant to align the past two MW entries considering they both take place within 2-3 years and not connect MW with BO

If anything they might do carry forward next year because next year is also a Black Ops game just like how they did two MWs back to back It’s a treyarch title though so they can keep their game separate from the MW games at least mechanic and feature wise (except story because all of the games now are a part one overarching timeline)

Thanks for the video! I would like to say when you said your favorite cods were infinite warfare and mw19... I think I see why our opinions are so different on call of duty lol. Though I find it funny you enjoy IW, arguably one of the least realistic cods ever. But I guess you would argue it's immersive because it sticks to its theme of futurism. Also found it a bit odd you criticized bo3 and bo4 for loot boxes but forgot IW had the worst pay to win system ever. I'm not even saying your pick of IW is bad, at least it has advanced movement and good colors and decent mastery skins like solar. I just find it odd you wouldn't choose a game like OG mw3 or something that seems to be more your style. As far as the marketing section goes, I was more referring to the fact that the marketing team has nothing to do with the creation of a game, their sole purpose is to sell a product. And in that, they do pretty well. I do agree lying to consumers is bad but if they blatantly lie to consumers that will only hurt their reputation in the long run so it's in their best interest not to lie. I think you were misunderstanding what they meant though when they said bo6 won't be crazy. Crazy to you means skins but who knows what crazy to them means, even I'm not sure. I will say one part I was wrong on was colors. You kindve opened my eyes, you were right. I was so used to bo3 and bo4 saturation. I guess I just love that look 😅. Mw19 looks so boring in comparison to bo4s colors but I totally understand why you'd like mw19 style more. As far as leaks go, I thought the bo6 4 year time was confirmed by the youtuber that spoke with treyarch deva recently. And the aw2 thing yeah that is a leak. But I thought them being forced to work on mw3 was already public knowledge? I know I've heard merk music talk about it. Maps, yes cold War was a bit of a rougher launch with maps. But I'll raise you this, 9 original maps at launch is still better than infinity wards 0 original maps at launch with mw3. And I think treyarch promising 12 original maps for bo6 proves my point that they listen to community feedback and know that cold War should've launched with more. Why don't you like 2v2 maps btw? I think smaller maps are some of the most fun. I mean having to endure painful cods like mw19 and mw2 and mw3, the only playable maps for me was really shipment and shoot house. And even shoot house I don't really like. I guess that's more personal preference. But that's mainly because they were not sticking to the 3 lane map rule and instead making maps of like "realistic places" that don't really work imo. A 2v2 map like shipment is so good because it follows the 3 lane rule and you are always in the action, which is good for camo grinding. Also my point with bo2 was, people argue that they want to return to traditional call of dutys like bo2 when they fail to realize bo2 was futuristic and unrealistic as well. I guess I misunderstood your point then as you hating futuristic cods because they're not realistic. But a lot of people will shit on futuristic things in cod and then say return to bo2 and it's always annoyed me. Anyways thank you again for the video, I enjoyed watching it!

Well I've seen Driftor's stats(few years ago on his "change my mind" video) on which supply drop system was the worst and it was by far cod aw. Bo3 was next up though(probably because there's less weapons/variants than aw). Infinite Warfare's was actually very consumer friendly, almost perfect. It was the first cod to have a collections system(like the ones in mwr and ww2). Infinite Warfare also was the first cod that had easy challenges to unlock ALL dlc guns. It's a pretty common misconception that iw's was bad. Iw just got a lot of hate and so misconceptions were everywhere(skinny bot isn't true, nv4 flatline with infinite range wasn't op, supply drops in iw being awful when collections were there too along with store deals to get them Dupe protected too).

@@Mattsuki idk I remember the nv4 flatline being super broken. Like almost impossible to kill someone with the first month of launch and whenever I picked it up I went on like a 15 kill streak it was so op. It's been a while since I've gone back though I'll admit. And calling IW consumer friendly, agree to disagree I guess 😅

You gotta remember that the nv4 was that game's low recoil AR. The thing about the Flatline though that makes it less powerful is that they nerfed the fire-rate on that variant in exchange for a better 4 shot kill range. See Xclusive Ace's breakdown for the actual stats

Yeah aw's was the worst of the worst. Wasn't trying to dunk on bo3 in the video, I just used bo3 as an example because I love the gameplay pretty much the same as cod iw(which was my favorite cod).

I'm a huge Treyarch fanboy, but this is straight up delirium. I have high hopes in Treyarch to make a good game, but to say their track record is clean and that they can't do wrong is rather naive

Yeah like calling it "the worst" just seems weird. The worst at what? Ghosts as way longer pacing, Vanguard and mwiii have way worse gun customization(there's way too much), and content wise I think cod ww2 has the least maps... mwii's at least average

Bocw was really good! I'd say as a whole it is the best cod game in the past 7 years(ww2 up to mwiii). Multiplayer however was its weakest point. Still better than Vanguard's tho

If CW is anything to go by, I won't buy BO6 until there's a third *Round Based* Zombies map Plus, BO6 has a lot of hype. Way too much hype imo MW2 2022 was the best selling CoD game ever and the post launch content was abysmal What's to say that Treyarch will also minimally support BO6 since "we got the money anyway"
