Try not to lie down for at least 2-3 hours after eating and when you do lie down try to lay on your left side for a bit. It helps position your body for better digestion. This has made a huge difference for me! Much love! 💙

Flonase tends to really help my allergies! Pro tip though: point the nozzle to the outside side of the nostril and inhale it slowly. When I learned that tip, it started helping me so much more! 🤧

👍 pineapple on pizza is a yes! For nasal allergy spray. I used Flonase in the past here and there but recently it caused me to have heart palpitations, so I stopped using that. I think the most recommended allergy med is Zyrtec, which I’m sure you’ve tried.

my husband was prescribed a prescription nasal spray that worked really well. You have to start it before your allergy season starts though and you need to make sure you don't run out of it because if you do run out, the med will no longer work. If you are interested when he gets home I will ask what the med is called. His allergies are hayfever/ pollen.. environmental.

nasal sprays have really worked for me (they were a game changer) but they only take effect if you use it for at least some weeks or more. I haven't been using them because i keep forgetting lol

I have bad allergies so much so that my glands swell. My doctor recommended Flonase and I take off brand zyertek. The only problem with Flonase is that it works too well sometimes and causes my throat to hurt from the drainage.

I personally use Flonase and netty pot for my allergies and they get so bad I have gotten sinus infections and secondary pneumonia in the past. But using Flonase daily and netty potting twice a week helps clear you out.

I have very bad allergies ugh. Sinus just kills me. It triggers anytime, even if I’m careful with my myself. I take medicine which makes me drowsy. I can barely sit after few hours of taking it. That med makes me sleep for at least 10hrs. If I don’t I’m doomed. But it works amazing so I have no choice🥲I was dying to know your thoughts on reminders of him and now I wanna read it so bad😩Hoover makes you feel emotions you never thought existed she catches you off guard and boom here goes a full roller coaster through your chest😭. Also I need to read love hypothesis now😍i love blue. It’s my favourite colour. I usually find myself reading a thriller then a romance or vice versa. 👀

Flonase or the generic. You have to use it for a few days before it starts working but once it starts working it’s the best. It’s the only thing that works for my allergies.

A book called 'Headliners' by Lucy Parker has that trope, I mean, both main characters work at a new station. Both characters are TV presenter and here are some of the tropes in this book: - enemies to lovers - workplace romance - close proximity - fake relationship - holiday romance And, your room looks beautiful. The Love Hypothesis is a new favorite, and I feel so happy when someone else reads and loves it! I have struggled with lifelong allergies/sinus issues, and after consulting with allergists I combine: Xyzal pills, Flonase, Vitamin D throughout my allergy seasons. My allergist also suggests trying to keep my body in good working order during these times, making sure you have all the nutrients you need and drinking water. All that said, the sickness has still broken through this week for me, so I wish you well!

A quick comment on allergy medicine from a fellow sufferer. Try taking them before bed instead of in the morning. This way if it makes you drowsy you will get a good night's rest.
