Yes Rom! I read over 600 books in the last 4 years. I read all types of material. From phenomenology and ontology to fiction and erotica. When you read, you are learning another person's perspective. I even read the infamous 'Bell Curve' so if I did wanted to disagree, I would know exactly what I'm talking about. I actually have to force myself to take a break from reading. Reading will alter your perception. I don't subscribe to the notion of boring or time wasting because I think that there's always something you could learn.💯

@prettyboyzach Yes, though they are a juggernaut of a read, I recommend "Being and Nothingness" (around 800 pages) by Jean Paul Sartre and "The Phenomenology of Perception" (around 500 pages) by Maurice Merleau Ponty. If you can read those two books, it will alter your perception. Another big one, "The Thirst for Annihilation" by Nick Land, is around 150 pages, but it will probably be the most challenging to read, but it is worth it.💯

Reading is very important for me. It has been helpful in my personal and professional development. I agree that direct experience is king but all the ideas I get from books I can test it out and see what works and what doesn't. Reading also allows me to know who I am on a deep level.

As a child I always wanted to be well read. Started my journey in mid 2022. In retrospect it’s crazy how much it’s molded my mind to think differently. Nice Guys and Players should be arriving today.

My mother started me off early with reading. Not only was I reading at an 8th grade level by the time I was in 5th grade, but it definitely set me up to be a great writer and wordsmith. I still love reading even at 30 years old, and maybe more now than ever before.

Reading is so power and many times under rated. I picked the habit of reading daily almost 4 years ago, and with consistently it changed the way i see things and specially myself. Books like think and grow rich for self improvement to books like Amanmere for spiritual development shifted my paradigm, and obviously books like Nice guys and players for some game!, thank you Uncle Rom!! Ps: would be great if you can share your favorite metaphysical books, i can peak some interesting names in your book shelf 👀

I made a deal with myself that I would read at least one book a month. Since then I’ve read around 5 and the benefits are so profound. I would say the best benefit for me has been I’ve been able to articulate the thoughts in my mind a lot better. Good video unc.
