I am sorry to hear that you are having a hard time mentally right now. I hope the meeting with your supervisors went well. I just handed in my PhD thesis last week. It was such a wild feeling. I know you can do it, too!

I understand your feelings about this particular anniversary. For me it is the time in the summer when dad had his final stroke and spent the last few months of his life in the hospital. We found out about the cancer that killed him a week before he died because he had alzheimers and the doctors wouldn't listen to what my mother was telling them. There is a lot of trauma for my family over that. On a brighter note, I just added One Night in Garoureve to kindle. I will check that out soon. It is rare that I don't add at least one book to my tbr after watching your videos.

Have you ever watched the tv series Bones?! It's complete now with 7(?) seasons, I think?! And if you were ever a Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan, the actor who played Angel is the male lead! It's a super fun, science based crime show and based on the real life of the author who wrote the books that the tv show is based on! Hope that all made sense!!😃 Your boyfriend is just darned cute and you are an ADORABLE couple!! I'm SO sorry it's such a sad time for you. I lost my dad a few years ago, too. It's a forever heartache, for sure.💔 Thank you for all the amazing videos you always give us! I know they always make my day brighter!!🥰

I actually DNF'd Daughter of the Moon goddess as I had an eARC, I was so excited for a new YA based on mythology that I wasn't familiar with but the love triangle and the decisions of the main character made me DNF it. I am very excited for Nettle and Bone having just read The Twisted Ones. I think my favourite new release has been Siren Queen pre-code Hollywood with sapphic romance and dark fantasy. My dad was diagnosed with cancer on New Year's Eve and I still have a lot of stress around new years eve because of that, I think it's because you know you can be sad about the death but the finding out is the weird bit.

Maybe I haven’t read enough recent ya fantasy aha because it threw me some nice surprises and felt a lot more mature than typical. More crossover. But then also it’ll maybe over saturation wouldn’t help it if I’d read more recent older YA fantasy! Also I’m sorry about your dad too ♥️ it means a lot to hear from people who get it!

@@JeansThoughts It might be because I have been reading a lot more adult and grimdark fantasy haha, this almost reminded me of twilight where the choice she would make about the love triangle was always obvious to me. I think its because of the weird limbo you are put in where you know whats coming and its the start of the constant anxiety that you didn't have before. Your videos were amazing when I was dealing with that anxiety and listening to someone who had been through it and shared their experience meant a lot to me

I would love to know who your favorite Criminal Minds characters are. I was a big fan of the show. It made me very paranoid/aware of my surroundings at all times but as someone on the autism spectrum it also taught me how to decode other people's behavior LOL.

Penelope hands down aha but Spencer reminds me so much of my boyfriend that whenever bad things happen to him I get all emotional so I’ve definitely got a soft spot there aha.
