Halloweird: Classic Stories from the Season of Samhain - 29.10.24
Johnny Mains is an award-winning editor renowned for finding 'lost' stories in the archives. His work with the British Library have produced the cornerstone anthologies Celtic Weird (2022), and Scotland the Strange (2023). He also write liner notes for the BFI and Arrow Video. His latest books are Bound in Blood (Titan Books, 2024) and Halloweird (British Library, 2024). He lives in the South West of England with his wife, child and dog.
Scotland Hub’s ‘Reading Scotland’ is a virtual community bringing together Germans and Scots and all who have an interest in Scottish life and literature. The lecture and event series is organised by Priv.-Doz. Dr. Sigrid Rieuwerts.
