I'm reading Amari right now too and on audio!! Plus, I'm in a hardcore reading slump and am having the same experience of knowing Amari is so good but not feeling it as deeply as I should. I'll probably wait until the second one comes out to try again to see if I can actually feel the love the way I'm supposed to---then if I don't I'll know it's just not hitting something correctly for me. Or probably it will be so amazing and I will fall in book love.

I really like TVD hahaha, love Caroline and Klaus I read a bunch of fanfic back in the day. I never really liked Elena. I love Damon (not sorry). About the expresso machine, I'll tell you it's the best investment any coffee lover could do, however, if you really drink a huge amount of coffee, prepare to spend too. ☕☕🧛

If you want to get out of a slump I would suggest the all for the game series. It’s absolute trash, but in the best way possible. They’re also super short books. However, I would recommend looking up the trigger warnings first. 🧛‍♀️🧛🧛‍♂️
