My problem is that I can't come up with descriptive words. I have a lot of trouble trying to describe something. It seems like I'm always hunting for the right word to use whether its just having a normal conversation or trying to write a letter. Like if Im trying to write a dating profile it seems like my mind just goes blank. Trying to describe myself is very difficult using descriptive words. Just have a hard time finding the right word. I get so aggravated with myself.

I have the exact same problem. I wasn’t extremely open with my klinefelters problems when I was younger, however the older I get the more I understand.

I was recently diagnosed with XXY and I can totally understand where you are coming from. I have to read out loud to get a better understanding. For so many years I struggled academically. Now that I understand is from XXY is so much easier to continue with life.

Don't worry Tom Cruise also have this syndrome and he is so successfull he has also dyslexia so we can also become successful in our life and George Washington has also this syndrome . I am feeling that I have also this syndrome but I have not tested Don't worry most of successful people have any type of syndrome like we have dyslexia and even Einstein had also dyslexia so It can not stop us to become successfull all the best and do you use Insta

Thanks for sharing that. Everything in my life was/is a workaround. Little tricks, to stay afloat. I had no problems w/reading/writing/spelling, but have terrible discalculia. Yet, I work with numbers for a living.

Did your parents try to collect your semen when you were 12 or 13? I read that at this age before testosterone treatment, the sampling can be successful and some live sperm cells can be found
