This is true reminds me of "Social Awareness in emotional intelligence " reading the room and understanding the motives of others make a world of difference to the organizational culture. I found what you said in LAI "The Great Resignation and the War for Talent" I get her message and is simple to understand when you are a "conscious leader " everything aligns to leadership models and its knowledge when you have a purpose and know who you are , so it becomes easier in how to implement practice to support these "talent ecosystems " because it all starts with you as a leader , and not only the top leaders but also the ones on the ground are valuable leaders. (not just anyone is able to recognize that) On the other hand she says "you can't see in someone else what you cant see in yourself" in other words , how could you give something you don't have-- literally there's nothing to give but an empty cup! I ran into you by researching best leaders to complete a school project in "Women in Leadership " I definitely love your strategy message thank you ! I am as well conscious driven leader includes spirituality, mind and body. I watch Gaia. Your connection to consciousness in terms of leadership is the perfect solution to lead with purpose !
