Careful with RBLX, it is super overpriced. BV is 0.98 as compared to its price. BYND, Balance sheet unsolvency. I would go for value during these uncertain moments. I would dump those "meme" stocks if i were you. You will going to need to dollar cost if you want to catch up the profit which is time consuming and not worth it. An advice would be do more research for those.

Sorry to say but VUL is NOT a good investment and you have 2. always remember to separate investment from insurance. VUL is like investing with extra steps. Also here is a FACT, the fund value will never grow, its only purpose is to make sure that you'll be paying your insurance until you reach the age that your insurance will no cover you. Please don't suggest to your viewers that VUL is an investment.

As explained in the video, I don't consider my VULs as investments. That's why it wasn't part of my previous portfolio breakdown. However, it does have a fund value that if I would ever need to, I can withdraw (not smart, but in case of worst case scenarios). Also, in all my videos, I say that I don't consider VUL as an investment (aka to grow my money), but instead I consider them as protection for income loss.

Charm did not put the value of the 5 properties as part of her investment portfolio, but just the amount of contributions she has made so far on those properties. And common sense should be enough to figure out that the value of those 5 properties well exceeds 5.5M. In other words, there is no mistake on Charm's presentation, and nothing unfair there.
