The lyrics " I don't wear fancy clothes yet everything I wear is sold out" is a reference to the fact the girls like to wear repeat outfits (example Shuhua's infamous green shirt) but those outfits inevitably become popular enough to sell out despite the criticism they get for the "crime" of wearing an outfit more than once

The lyrics are actually super meaningful. Summer in this song is a representation of Soyeon's passion for music (since she wrote the lyrics). The bridge says if summer cools off play me this song of summer, Soyeon meant: if my passion for music starts to cool off when I grow older, play me this song to remind me of my youth and passion.

(G)I-DLE has so much behind the scenes content and stuff you can watch too, a lot of it subtitled. They have their i-talk series which is straight up behind the scenes, they have secret folder which is like behind the scenes but skits where they're clowning on each other. They just did a short series called Never-ending Neverland that was kind of like a reality show type thing. Or go down the shippers path and look up Shuhua/Soojin compilations

Funfact: DUMDi DUMDi was inspired by Zootopia, Lion is inspired by Lion King and Oh My God is inspired by an anime (I forgot the name😅). It amaze me how Soyeon can make songs inspired by anime and disney movies.

some facts about im the trend: - Minnie and Yuqi wrote the song and Minnie produced it - In the pool scene, you can see that shuhua is not in it. That's because she has a fear of water so she decided not to be part of it. - Shuhua was actually napping in one of the rooms while they filmed the pool scene 😂 - Minnie spoke 3 languages in her part of the song: Thai, English, and Korean (We love a multilingual queen) Love the reactions btw, keep up the good work ❤️❤️

I hope you could react to their solo/unit stages from their I-LAND online concert, their vocals were unreal, like best of 4th generation level vocals you can't miss them. 'Hey mama' - soyeon solo 'what about us' - Yuqi 'Why do you love me' - Minnie 'What now' - Miyeon and 'Kiss it better' miyeon+minnie+yuqi (this cover was mind-blowingly good), shuhua and soojin also had solo dance covers in the concert. I would recommend censoring the videos if you post the reaction because I don't know how strict CUBE are with I-LAND content
