Watched many of GGs videos and this video the day before my panel interview really more for my mental approach. Hearing her break down her experience gave me a great boost of confidence. Happy to say I received the offer as an L6 Fin Manager!!

Hi GG, Thank you so much for bringing the in-depth light on Amazon's "Program Manager" Interview process with Ms. Mandakinee Gupta. She is perfectly explained the way it went on. And her in-depth knowledge and preparation was awesome. Thanks again for bringing these people onscreen which very useful for people who are attending these Interviews.

Hi GG, very helpful interview! I am currently preparing for a Program Manager role (Non-Tech). Watching through the video, I feel okay using the same situation, but in one example I can go over the overall strategy (Are right a lot), and in the other maybe go towards details of data-oriented decision-making involved(Diving Deep / delivering results). Do you think this approach is good to go with? (As the content/ jargon could discussed in two situations during the loop)

As long as you focus on very different aspects of the situation

Hi Gigi, I work as a Business Analyst, but as you know, BA roles can vary significantly from company to company. My current role is more focused on gathering requirements and documentation, and it’s somewhat non-technical. I’m looking to transition to a Program Manager role at Amazon and want to prepare for that. Could you or anyone else provide some guidance or insights on how to make this switch? Thanks!

@GG thanks for this mind-blowing insight on preparedness. please have you interview advice on HR with Amazon?

For the Sr Program Manager (Non- Tech) role, does the interviewer asks specifically about the techncial questions like How I Used Excel VBA and Macros or linear Programming Algorithms that I have used in my previous projects? Like specifically above the coding stuff
@amazoninterviewwhizzdayone5032 ай бұрын
You shouldn’t get any technical questions for a non tech role.

I have an interview coming up for Loss Prevention Specialist. I never worked in the Loss Prevention sector. I been employed with Amazon for 18 months now. Are my chances good to get the position, without having experience in Loss Prevention. However, I recently acquired my Loss Prevention Qualified certification in October 2023.

Gigi, i have a question regarding the resume for applying multiple positions at Amazon. It is the same Job Category, Business Intelligence Engineer. However, the category has different focus such as Ad, Accounting or logistics. And i found i am interested in 2 or 3 of the positions. So how should i do, apply for the 3 positions at the same time with the same resume, or apply for each position with different resume to match JD? Thanks
@amazoninterviewwhizzdayone5036 ай бұрын
It’s a single ATS so it will just over write your previous resume with the most recent one submitted

I received Virtual Interview invitation for Sr Program Manager Role(Non tech) after Phone screening which was conducted through Chime which was also a video interview. Will the upcoming virtual Interview also like the phone screening conducted through Chime asking behaviour questions or will it be different or something else should i expect?

Given the job title I’d expect it to be the same structure

23:39 badge color meaning? Is there a caste system? 23:44 " Form 2 lichens???" 🤔
@amazoninterviewwhizzdayone5035 ай бұрын
The badge colour is about how long you’ve been at the company. There is kudos for being of longer tenure. But I wouldn’t equate it to be anything like a caste system.
