This is what current UCLA Quarterback, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, goes through everyday as a Student Athlete at a Division 1 Power 5 School (Also #1 Public University in the U.S.) in the Winter “Off-Season.” I know my mornings seem long, they are probably the longest time of my day and then it kind of dies down.
This is pretty much the schedule in a nut shell
6:00AM Wake Up
6:30AM Weigh in/ Breakfast
7:00AM Stretch
8:00AM Lift/Run
10:15AM Extra Lifting/ Throwing
11:00AM Treatment
Noon Lunch
12:30PM-2:00PM Chill/ Downtime
(Normally would have tutoring around 2:00PM-2:45PM)
3:00PM-5:00PM Class
5:00PM Dinner
6:00PM Film
10:00PM Bedtime
