Happy Birthday, mine is next Sunday yay!! I hope one day, I will be just like you. I am working towards it. It is alot of work, my first clients made me show them, no joke, 100 homes. Just to back out in the end. I am going to keep them in my contacts, and hopefully earn them back to put them under contract. In the meantime, I am helping my son, who is 21 buy HIS first home. Lets see, if this one will be the first of many.
