You don’t.. first you find any property and then make it into a lease purchase deal deeming the seller is ok with it and then you proceed from there

u bastard u have no idea what u have done i am a shipbroker and been working on a deal rent to own.. and in shipping themath has been to difficult for me to understand.. there has been spread between mkt price and premium which is the current refined product mkt is asking.. i.e. 30 k pd. u have opened up my eyes.. and it is the same structure.. the same math.. only that u have explained it better..
