Mahagun manorial is such example where all dates are crossed...so not sure how they will get further extension and if Builder would be able to complete the project in next two years...what should buyer do in such case?

Sitka group their office even took original bba for some correction and now not.giving he same for the last five years, not giving assures return since 2019 and pay.e t 50 percent taken since then. They use crm who are churned every few months as shields. MS. GURLEE IS DOING THIS
