My suggestion for Lagos development or plan. Tram or train lines are key to Lekki-Ibeju-Epe axis if really Lagos or Nigerian government is serious regarding quality of life. You don't put 10 million people driving in a small area like Lagos and don't expect trauma or chaos in that area. Nigeria needs some thinking and vision on this. Thanks.

Am interested in getting a Federal mortgage, but considering the 15million limit, the challenge now is getting a good property around this choice growing areas which are within the 10 - 15M price, thank you.
