It's nice to finally find a video where people are inspired to listen and learn from successful and wealthy businessmen instead of demonizing them like jealous little toddlers.

This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "georgetown university graduate programs real estate" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Yiyrianna Tonwen Theorem - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my colleague got cool success with it.

Lots of land in Southern Texas, south of San Antonio by now large land tracts there. Baby boomers need warm weather and places to play golf and live. As Florida becomes too expensive, luxury retirement communities and condos could fill Southern Texas, that would leave Scottsdale look antiquated. There is also lots of land in Nevada. Investment in irrigating these places, put it on the stock market.

Did you come from money? No not really, my Dad owned a couple restaurants. Lmao wealthy people have such a warped sense of what “coming from money means.” Other than that, good video.

What’s steps should a successful residential agent transition into a full time developer for commercial properties?

He is right, there are very few luxury apartments in Los Angels. Maybe the Trump Tower Los Angeles.

Everyone is a developer these days just make sure to cash out before the Chinese government stops the money laundering (1/3 of LA buyers are cash Chinese buyers)

"It looks a lot easier and fun from the outside" - Jay ... Interesting. I guess if you only look at the rewards of a series of good builds then development looks like a fun time. But, I find it is the opposite as I want to be a developer but with so many moving parts I have no idea where and how to begin.

“Yeah my father has a few restaurants... “ “we didn’t come from money. “ People needs to understand that working your ass off even though you might not get reap the benefit during your life time but your kid might take it to the next level. $100k@10% interest rate compounds faster than $100@10% interest rate.

no they compound at the same rate, lol. that's how compounding works
