Hi Jordan. May it is nonsense I like to ask you but can I ask you what type of insurance service do you need to do in your business? I had been photographed many weddings in London and the business owner had to have a type of insurance for £20-40000 as a requirement to get access to the venue to photograph the couple. I know it is different thing but I just thought if the photographer enter a high value property then he has to be insured some way. Could you help me with some information about this please? Thank you

Hey! It’s a really good idea to get liability insurance. Generally, in the US, to work with commercial photographers or property management companies, they usually require that you carry a $1,000,000 minimum liability insurance to protect the property. I know that number sounds insane, but I pay $120 a year for insurance lol

I don’t think so. Like with anything else, the people who leverage AI to help them will get the best results, but AI can’t give the type of consistent one on one advice that I can. Sure it can give you maybe 40% of the result, but if you can’t extrapolate the information it’s giving you and apply it, then you’re out of luck lol. AI hasn’t built a successful real estate photography business before. Plus, you’d be shocked at how many people still have no idea how to even use Google to answer their questions, let alone using Chat GPT. Not sure what you’re trying to say by posting the comment, but thanks for watching nonetheless. If AI puts me out of a job, no worries. I’m here for the technological advancement 👍🏽
