What wide angle lens do you recommend ? What did you do to get the windows exposed correctly
@blanchfromthebay3 жыл бұрын
I use a 16 to 35 variable zoom lens so I have options on the fly but the wider the better in my opinion (obviously you don’t want too much distortion) but for example I feel like a 24 might not be wide enough in some room situations. Plus you want the space to feel as spacious as possible.
@blanchfromthebay3 жыл бұрын
To get the windows exposed correctly you take a few pictures at different exposures then merge the layers in post

Color casts everywhere?
@aznomads15793 жыл бұрын
@@blanchfromthebay Sorry, I'm not sure if you're asking what color cast is or disagree with my statement. If you look at the thumbnail with the kitchen in the bathroom, there is a on of orange spill from the tungsten lights that is giving a huge color cast. 3:44 - There is color cast everywhere, a high end home owner/Realtor or interior designer would be upset because there is no way to tell the accurate color of the walls with all the color cast. Not knocking you at all, this is a great way to get started in real estate photography with very little cost and I'm sure you can knock out a house in 20 mins.

@blanchfromthebay3 жыл бұрын
You got me!! Anthony’s my government name lol, To be honest I never really talk about the number of photos. I take as many I need to showcase each room. Anywhere from like 1 to 3 shots per room. Once you figure a base price for yourself you can adjust the price higher or lower based on the size of the property/how many rooms and the editing time.

Honestly even the house I use for the Example has different lights throughout the house. I don’t “fake” anything. I shoot the property as is. It’s not my job to stage the house.
