ஹலோ சார் நாங்க2020 பிப்ரவரி ல 750 சதுர அடில வீடு கட்டணும்னு construction company வச்சிருந்த ஒரு engineer அ பாத்து ஒப்பந்தம் போட்டு கொண்டோம் அவரு 10லச்சம் சொன்னார். சதுர வடிவில் வீடு டிசைன் போட்டு கொடுத்து இப்படித்தான் வீடு வரும்னு சொன்னாரு அதோட layout யும் agreement attach பண்ணியாச்சு . இப்ப வீடு shape சதுர மா இல்ல cross ah இருக்கு (not same on lay out ).Engineer ta கேட்ட சின்ன தப்பு தான்னு சொல்லிடு extra 70000 கேக்குறார். வீடும் கெட்டி தர தாமதம் ஆக்கிட்டார் .இப்ப நாங்க என்ன பண்றது sir.

Sir. For redevelopment of 4860 sq ft land, builder is saying corporation approval is enough and no need to get cmda approval. Is it ok to continue with corporation approval. He is planning to build stilt +3 with 16 flats.

Hi Sir, Thanku for this video first. I have doubt. Pl clarify. I booked a flat on June 2019 and aggrement is saying handover will be on Oct 2019. Rera also mentioned the same date. But now the builder got the extension of one year till Oct 2020 from rera. Same is updated rera site also. Now i want to cancel the flat due to this delay. But now builder is saying customer is liable for cancellation charges of 20% from the so far paid amount. is it acceptable as per rera ??one side rera is saying u can get the refund with interest if delayed possession, other side it allowing builder to extend the date up to one year and accepting to penalize customer for cancellation.

Sir, I need your consulting. Can I contact you?? I bought a DTCP approved land(2400 sq.ft) in 'Jan 2019' from a promoter in Thanjavur. At that time in 2019, there were no any like RERA approval required as insisted now. However, All process were completed and transferred to our name including patta no. Now, I am trying to resale (2nd sale) our land to another individual. Now, do I need RERA registration approval?? I enquired Reg department they say it needed. But in anothet registrar office they say no need since its a 2nd sale. I have been roaming for this issue since 7 months. I am in need. Please help!!

If AFS is not signed then you can get back the amount . ( at least after some minimum deductions). If they refuse to pay, complain before RERA

Some banks will not give cheque if the property is n Power. They give cheque only if the property s n sale deed. Edukum rera kum sammandam illa,edu kuripitta sila banks ooda policy, go to aaditya birla,bajaj,bank of baroda if ur property is in Power.
