Who doesn't want a set of real life cyberware mantis blades?! But they do not exist, outside of Cyberpunk 2077... YET! The goal is to build a TRULY fully functional, collapsible, articulating, automated cyberware system, that looks AND functions exactly like in Cyberpunk 2077! This will be the best mantis blade build ever and my craziest project!

Hey man, just so yu know you can get desktop cnc mills thst can handle aluminium and thin mild steel off od amazon for $500 or so. I have one and it has made my own projects a lot easier. Plus i think that working in autocad could help in your prototyping. Although i do enjoy your prototyping with a more hands on approach but i think if you gain some extra tools that can assist in your projects it will help increase your amount of vids and repertoire of projects that you can make! I enjoyed your vid and hope you continue to work on great projects.

Jairus you should try using the community tab more often, a KZbinr by the name The Spiffing Brit made a video on how KZbin’s recommended algorithm prioritizes the community feature and it boosts your channel exposure by an incredible amount. Look up the video if you want to know more about it, he brings up some pretty convincing events that back up his claims.

Not gonna lie, you probably should've done titanium for the body, and steel for the blade since steel is a generally superior blade material, and titanium is a generally superior structural material. Granted, would've cost more to do that, so I understand why you're doing what you are. Oh, and a liner lock is more likely to fail than a lockback or other form of insert locking mechanism, and lockbacks also have the benefit of staying in line with the blade instead of being disengaged by pulling to the side, which is likely to be easier to do with the device you're designing and more likely to keep the same general look as the one in-game instead of having a tumescent latch mechanism sticking out of the side of the sheath that isn't there in the source material.
