Thank you for this video! I can relate to so much of what you covered in the beginning of this video. It feels like sometime you want to reshape and align with what you hope just to make life a little easier to handle. Most people don’t understand what is inside our heads or how our thoughts work. It’s refreshing to be able to relate to someone else who has similar thoughts and outlooks on life. Hope you remain in high spirits and take care.

Thanks for watching! I wish I could say, if this is our only connection, that we had nothing in common. I wish none of us had to deal with this and could just have a quiet mind. But, I’m glad that we can come together and have an understanding of each other that may make this all feel a little less intense! I hope you find peace and take care of yourself too!

After about 5 videos this is spot ON. The constant mental chatter is so damn annoying and you nailed it

omg yeah, here it is. All that was missing for me was when the cat jumped on the table. It would've been: "am i going to punch my cat?" "why would I think that?" "oh my god i'm a monster who wants to hurt my cat" And then walking by myself on the road would've been accompanied by "I saw a documentary once about a girl who got murdered at a place like this" "am I gonna get murdered here?" "I have to leave this isn't safe I'm gonna get murdered" This is so close to how it feels living inside my head every day. Thank you for sharing it!!

This is more like hyperchondria

Hypochondria is a term no longer used. It is also false that this is solely severe illness anxiety disorder.
