15:32 that van upfront is creating a lot of draft. The front group is strong already they don’t need extra help. Meanwhile, you guys have to keep dropping 600-850 watts trying to catch up while they get a free ride. The organizers should have used a motorcycle. That’s what they used to the races I’ve been here in the states.

@ it’s definitely always more wild IRL!!!! I find I can hit max a lot quicker outdoors and on the flip side can chill real hard and bring those average watts down in the draft.

Your HR certainly can vary a bit indoor vs outdoor but not 30bpm (some races on zwift with a similar intensity you have 135bpm avg that has NOTHING to do with can go harder/deeper outside). I asked Dylan, he says it’s due to a bad quality trainer and/or calibration. Like so many a B+ virtual and C- in the real world. Might be wiser to not post irl videos with data.

You’re right I don’t know and don’t care tbh. Just riding my bike for fun! Kickr Core auto calibrates and I calibrate the pedals before each ride but you just can’t please everybody 😘
