Last night (6/12/22) at UCLA there was a celebration for 70 years of the Ozzie & Harriet Show. I would have loved to of been there! 🌼

There's a "urban legend" that the various owners of the home since have heard unexplained noises in the kitchen during the night-and it was known that Ozzie liked to enjoy ice cream in the middle of the night-so its believed it might be his "ghost" romaging around in the kitchen

There used to be a brass plaque on one of those brick pillars which noted that this was Ozzie and Harriet's house. Once when my brother and I were there taking pictures of the house from the street, a young woman came out and asked us what we were doing. We told her about Ozzie and Harriet and how the house supposedly was haunted. She went into the house and got her boss. Turns out they were doing some design work in the house. They found the haunted house story interesting; they said tools either went missing or were being moved. They let us into the front yard to take more pictures.
