Hey Ken, you motivated me to make some big changes in my life 6 months ago. I sold my house and with the Equity I had I was able to pay off all my debt, I moved into a townhouse in Ellington, I'm back at the gym 5 days a week and I owe it all to you and these real talks! I am blessed to have a great paying job that I've been at for 30 years. Thank you! One of these days I'm going to come by the shop and thank you in person! God Bless America!

Awesome video Ken. It was a great meeting you yesterday. What a day to meet Kaplan America too, right? Memorial Day!!! Excellent meeting Ken Junior finally and Jordan as well. It's me Art… I bought your ES 700 and dropped off a bag of giant zip ties for The Wiz and the Manic Mechanic. I know they can find multiple uses for those. Lol. Anyhow, thanks for the real talk and see you again when I come up for some more parts. By the way, myself and my friend especially were absolutely blown away by the museum. When we pulled up, he said "this is the place"? I said, "yes it is". He said, "This whole damn thing"? I said, "yup". He said, "Holy Mother of God"!! I said, "if you think this is something, he has six CR 500s lined up in one row of the place and a few more scattered about"!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂 But seriously… Both of us are into history, architecture especially and memorabilia and just the fact that all those old factories are being put to use is a sight to see. I don't think people realize how big it is if they've only seen the KZbin videos. And as always Ken, God Bless America!!!!!!!!!

Strangest thing I discovered about my diet recently is that I need milk hardcore. Maybe some other dairy would work but I've always drunk milk. Seems like my gut health needs it. Went without for a couple of months because my local grocery store sucks. And I was not staying regular at all. Finally dawned on me the only change in my diet was a lack of milk. Now I can concentrate on just cooking meat at home and get back to exercising. I'd stopped because I was feeling real down about my gut health. And my scooter accident shoulder has finally healed up too. Physical health is definitely important. Turning 50 on Friday and I might as well have nothing. Good time to start on Part II of my life.

@@eamonnmckeown6770 I guess it's an acquired taste but it does work,at least the sauerkraut and the mothers vinegar. I was never a big fan of pork myself but I've never read or heard anything regarding MRNA either! Ken, I am sitting here done a 6 pack of beer and I found this video. This is the day I change my life. I have been drinking for 10 years, I'm 31 and I'm tired of my habits and tired of feeling like crap. This video has given me the kick in the ass to do it because of you. I've never owned a dirtbike in my life and I don't know what got into me but because of you and your videos, I have bought 2 KTM's in the last 6 months and the feeling of freedom riding them beats all mind altering substances I have ever used. I don't know how to express how thankful I am for you and this video. Life is about timing and this was the right time. Thank you

A great work ethic is a positive thing for sure. Sr., for the record, the very thing that sustains us (oxygen) also causes us to burn up (rust.) Moderation. Don't overdo it. You'll live longer!!!
@jeffhresan5391 Жыл бұрын
Senior, let me put it another way, James Fixx (the modern father of running) died at 53 of a heart attack while running. He ran hard because his father died of a heart attack at 43. The very thing we fear can come upon us if not careful. A positive suggestion, use modern technology (PEMF) every other day instead of exercising to move blood and nourish the cells. This gives your body ample time to relax, and repair allowing your internal heater (oxygen burner) to lower itself, slowing the aging process. Older dogs CAN learn NEW tricks! Not a sermon, just a suggestion.

Yo brother. Keep up the good work. Something to consider. Remember- every upper body workout you do, works your shoulders, arms, elbows and wrists. When you train chest, your back or lats are secondary movers that contract during the negative phase. When you train your back, your chest does the same thing. Basically your working the same muscles four days in a row, finally getting to legs at the end. This can slow down recovery and put excess wear on your joints. Consider rotating upper body, lower body. Meaning day one train chest, shoulders and tris. All your pushing muscles. Day two leave your upper body alone, train legs. Day three train back and biceps. Day four train legs again. Throw your core in on your upper body days. This will allow over worked shoulders to recover better. You will make better progress and feel better as well. Remember your legs are a massive muscles group, and fifty percent of your body. Why train it only one day? This will create better balance in your body. Finally super important- stretching. Try to stretch everyday. When you have a moment sit down with some tea, while you relax with the family and stretch for 15 mins. You'll feel fantastic and help keep your body in alignment. Just a thought my friend. Im a twenty five year Personal Trainer and Fitness enthusiast, and motocross maniac. Thanks for the advice and vids. Stay good brother and remember MAGA Make America's Gas Affordable!
