Thank you for the kind words about the victims of Helene. I live in SC it was really really bad. I feel blessed to just be getting my power back on. So many people really having some unimaginable times. we had like 100-200 ft trees fall on our house and fence. But at least we still have a home. To hear hundreds of trees dropping was like the end of the world. 😢 keep praying

Sooo, I too am currently on Phentermine. Although I didn’t have any of the side effects that you had April, it did keep me up at night and when I first took it, I had numbness in my hands for a few days. I have lost 45 lbs. and I feel good. Of course I had to eat right, lots of protein and walked 3 miles a day. BUT I have come to accept the fact that there is no magic pill, smoothie, leaf, potion, waist trainer, absolutely nothing that will trump loosing weight NATURALLY. It takes eating right, proper portions, mindset and moving your body on a daily.

Hey April, I am doing a laser cap three times a week I restore for the last 3 years. Also, I take pumpkin seed capsules, and finally I also am on finasteride. Granted the finasteride is mostly for men. This is what I'm doing to keep my hair. And it does help.
