It's always funny to me watching Count Dankula talking about his youth. I grew up and still live less than 20miles from there. It's weird to listen to an interview and hear someone talking about 'The Time Capsule'. For anyone reading this. It's a large leasure pool with slides and shit, as well as having an ice rink. I just started watching this interview and had to stop it so I could watch the video of the Pug. I was, and still am confused on how the media labeled each video that Marcus "trained the dog to salute". Anyone who has a dog knows that the dog is putting out it's paw to shake hands. Marcus was just capitalizing on that, to produce a joke with his girlfriend. Regardless, my skin crawled when he said gas the Jews. I think the joke is in bad taste, but I also think the courts decision is a symptom of what the internet has created, and that is the one way system of communicating. I would bet you a million dollars that NO ONE actually contacted Marcus in the attempt to CLARIFY if he was joking or was actually training a dog to salute the Nazi Regime. I am old enough to know the horrors of the second world war, so I think the joke would have been better kept between Marcus and his girlfriend. I am sure he regrets posting the video. Honestly, I am furious how the media, Scottish Government, neighbors, friends, and employers treated Marcus. I am even more furious with the anonymous internet users of the world used this event as a way to smear, HATE, and participate in the destruction of another human being without hearing the story from Marcus first. The real hate speech came from the comment section of the video. It is cowardly to anonymously spread hate on the internet without knowing the facts first. We need to teach the upcoming generation that the narrative is never more valuable than the person. We have the liberal media and politicians for that.
