I use a small piece of nonslip mat to help cakes stay in place on the turntable, and when transporting. I like the star sprinkle cake and blue iced and boarded one, they remind me of sully from monsters inc😅

I put my cake and turntable on a sheet pan with a board against it then toss the sprinkles. It makes clean up so much easier.

No, I loved your talking. It's the absolute silence that I don't care for and wished that you would at least play some soft music. But the talking is nice, I like your explanation on the softness of the buttercream being left out compared to right off the mixer.

I recently found your account. I needed to see how to decorate cakes so quickly because it was taking me a ful 13 hours to decorate a cake. Watching a sinlge video brought me down to only 4 hours! A huge problem I have is that I can't use buttercream since we have to be a dairy free house due to an extream dairy allergy in our home. Turns out my toddlers LOVE your videos and want to watch "cake" when I'm baking and decorating. They think they're watching me.

Loved hearing you just talk and the cakes turned out very nice!! How about doing the braid technique on the top round the edge? Or using the stripe comb but then chilling, spreading a few colors in a random way so it's not one color per line? And also the newer "facelift technique would be fun to see you do especially the way you mask your cakes.

I liked it when you talked but I don’t think I need it all the time because a lot of the time I am just enjoying watching it for the ASMR. I like it when you leave the raw edge on top, I think it looks pretty and it’s different. Are you frosting flavors color-coded? I think once I saw in sweet dreams that the vanilla is that blue color. So I’m thinking that maybe the pink is strawberry but there’s another darker pink and then I would assume the white is also vanilla. Plus, I think I’ve seen a couple other different colors when you’re doing cupcakes. So this is the question that always runs through my mind.
