I've done this, the whole thing surprisingly, and it's great. Your heart starts pumping really hard even after it, and you feel good about yourself. Did this in the afternoon after having a slice of toast cut in half with cheese and tomatoes as a small sandwich with a glass of milk. After the workout, my heart is still pounding really hard, it really helps burn calories even after your done working out. Thanks for this, I'll be doing it every 5 days a week to get good results!

excellent, i don't get enough cardio.. hardly any. was looking for something to get my heart going because I tried Zumba and it was too low intensity and requires some dancing talent.. which I don't have. so this was great for getting my heart beating hard and burning calories.
