I love your tutorial for parrots. It should be great a tutorial for an African Gray. It Is a difficult subject because it is almost an only grey painting

Yes I use a few different papers and I could probably do this on any of them. You might get a slightly different result, but it's totally possible to work along.

Stunning work - again!!! What an amazing artist! I have a question for you. When creating a white cat in pastels, would you recommend doing a dark black-ish background?

With white I've done many colours of background. The important thing is contrast and really white can contrast against a lot of colours. But yes in theory the darker the background the more contrast there would be.
