This sort of dedication and hard work is why you just got paid as the top slot receiver in the league. Packer nation salutes you Randall. So damn happy ur a Packer
@kb88ist11 жыл бұрын
I was literally hurting just watching the last workout he did. This guy is just starting to touch the surface In 2 years he won't just be considered one of the best WR's in the game but one of the best players overall. He was already statistically(Profootballfocus) the best slot WR in the game last year in just his second season. Rodgers said he thought Cobb would go down as Ted Thompsons best draft pick which obviously isn't true since Rodgers himself was a TT draft pick but still high praise.

Please, stop hating... I train Pro-Athletes and these guys can workout for incredible amounts of time consistently. It not about the amount of weight, but can you endure pain and continue... What you think is pain is nothing to these guys... Their metal capacity to push through pain is incredible...

Not all fields are astro-turf. Grass fields and even field turf have pits and low spots in them. It's a natural or mostly natural surface so it isnt going to be flat as glass.

@lillonerboi5048 жыл бұрын
He's trained for years. His legs are incredibly powerful, just get your legs strong, and when doing ladders it's more about getting your whole body involved. Pump your arms, and take quick but explosive steps. It requires good balance, and overall focus.
@tylerplayzmobile17816 жыл бұрын
Your legs only move as fast as your arms. Pump your arms as fast as you can.

Hello, have you tried "MuscLeader" (just search Google)? On their website you will find a good free video explaining the best way to build notable muscle mass very fast whilst eliminating excess fat at the same time. Brandon and plenty other guys had great success making use of this technique. It may help you out as well.

miguel williams I've noticed that with several of these videos as well. I think that really goes to show how much natural ability plays a part in being a pro athlete. It seems to be that most of the pro workouts are about staying flexible and keeping the smaller muscles and ligaments healthy to avoid injury. The rest is mental training.
@pizzapizza22258 жыл бұрын
+russ Malcolm they work really hard to get in nfl. Then they work to stay there. Also he does position specific stuff. Lineman still have fat lifts to get in, while skills have more speed, agility, flexibility, mobility and balance to take care of.
@fabriceabega71586 жыл бұрын
miguel williams most sports are basically about mastering the fundamentals and good balance. He might be the one making it look easy since he’s been at it for quite sometime

Hey there, have you heard of "MuscLeader" (search on Google)? On their website you can watch a great free video showing the right way to pack on noteworthy lean muscle quickly whilst reducing unwanted fat at the same time. Devan and many other guys experienced great success by using this system. Hopefully it will help you also.

@RyanKaufman10 жыл бұрын
Your ideology is why you aren't where they are. Muscle =/= talent. Muscle is not conducive to good football playing. If you're a linemen, sure. Muscle is good. If you're Randall fucking Cobb, speed is king. Now stop whining, I doubt you could lift 1/4 what he curls.
