I am using this as motivation to get back into my workout mode. I always have a conditioning week when I return from an athletic break. I call it "hell week", the one week where I allow it to hurt just to get back in the game how I need to be. I am aware that not all of these workouts are right for me, but I can appreciate the guidance and energy. Drew goes so HARD for the team! I am impressed :-)

I workout sort of the same way... Ever since I started training with a guy here locally with a different system sort of like this one but with an old hockey guy (so slightly different as it's geared for hockey players) I've felt in the best shape ever. After watching this I can see how Drew Brees set the passing yards in a season record... I'm thoroughly impressed.

+Scoobubeh just remember every single thing they do in the video and copy it 1:1 I copy my own workout program from everywhere. Corrective exercise with heavy strength training, with muscle building, endurance, neurological balance, static holds, eccentrics, concentrics, ploymetrics, stretching, rotator cuffs, abs, obliques, etc.
