Guys please don't buy any product from Pure EV. They say it is made in India by Indians, but it doesn't get any FAME subsidies (it says the product is not made in India or doesn't follow manufacturing and safety protocols of FAME). Built quality is poor and most of metal parts start to rust and get damaged. Pure EV customer care and their dealer doesn't give any service or support when you face a issue. Some serious problem exists in their battery pack. They will not service the battery though yours is under warranty. Once the problems start all you have will be disappointment and frustration. Just ignore all their flashy ads don't fall for it.

This is one of the very worst scooty in electronic segment scooter. I have bought it and battery giving only 4 to 5 KM in a full charge.. my scooty is only 6000 km driven only. Please do not buy this product, resell value in very bad. Custom support is 0. Also Warranty given by the company is fake. When you raise the compliment it takes 3 to 4 months to repairs the battery.. And the laughing part is, you have to pay transportation change of battery for repairs.
